Returns-cancellation

The Purchaser has the right to withdraw any order within 24 hours from the day of purchase. This right does not apply to packages that have been opened, or to the lens construction (in case of special order for specific power), except if the goods are damaged or defective.We will issue a full refund or replacement of goods in case prescription contact lenses are supplied to the wrong specification as per your prescription.
