"Studio" culture (pilates, yoga, gyrotonics, dance) takes on the sexy and playful disco attitude in the 70s and

80s, rediscovering aerobic-wear for a new age. It takes its cue from a time when women of all ages donned

leotards and worked out, burning away the decadent delights of after-hours clubs. Aerobics and roller-skating

became national pastimes, combining neon nightlights with audacious prints. This flirty and fun movement

provides the inspiration for modern day studio gear.
