Experienced ProviderAs a part of Denver Options, Colorado Solutions has 16 years of experience helping people with cognitive challenges find customized resources that meet their needs.
We partner with the Colorado Brain Injury Trust Fund to provide Care Coordination to children and adults with traumatic brain injury throughout Colorado.
