That’s me! So many names:THE BIG O; Wonder Woman; Jules; Darling; Mum; Mormor; Whoof; meow; cluck and neigh to name just a few! We won’t go into the other less endearing names like ‘sledgehammer’ just yet. That’ will come when you get to know me a little better and need a kick start in a positive direction!

With 30 years of customer service and corporate experience behind me, combined with an inexhaustible curiousity for doing things better and being happy doing it, I’ve got some insights to share and some amazing take home tools for you to work with from day one!

I’m a professional speaker and presenter, for business and pleasure! I’m the teller of truths, the giver of ways, the giggle in the middle.

I am a keynote speaker. I am a workshop facilitator. I am an authority on ‘being your best self’ and ‘being a kick arse leader’.

I conduct seminars to support my online programs and provide complimentary service for specific education and charitable institutions.

So whether it’s for a multi national corporate, the local rotary or ‘business chicks’ group of ten wonderful women, I have a non negotiable. I need to know my audience. I must know what you need so I can always give you something special to take home and ponder on and do!

Store Managers are the foundation of customer service in Australia. And they get the raw end of the deal because out of eleven major countries, Australia is worst for customer service! YES WE ARE! And it’s not the fault of the Store Manager who was most likely thrown into this job because they were so good at selling or showed some leadership that landed them the Manager gig!

It’s a no brainer that great customer service adds mega bucks to your sales and bottom line. So, do you think your team offer good or great customer service?…compared to what? The competitor down the road? That’s like being King of the Dung Heap when it comes to Customer Service in this country. Oh yes, please get riled up….we need to, to change things around here.

Our lack of amazing customer service in Australia tells a lot more about business owners who are fed up with trying to ‘make’ their Manager make more money and even a lot more about unhappy customer service people out there whinging and bitching about their job, their customers and maybe their bosses too!

“Painting your inner rainbow”

Our Lifestyle Program starts with a 1 day introductory workshop, which sends you on a 12 week journey to open up and heal every stuck place inside you (or maybe you think its inside someone else!). We’ll help you (dragging and kicking, or gently nudging) to commit to living your best life and being your best self, whatever that looks like for you.

After that mind shifting 12 weeks, we’ll help you stay on track with ongoing support and your annual ‘yes I will’ goals book and gentle reminders (or nagging fishwife voice available!) if that’s what you want - just like that inner voice that whispers in your ear “are you sure this is right for you?” because we know that ‘stuff’ can get in the way of living a happy life and a helping hand makes all the difference. We are that helping hand!

My Life Program

Why?

For many years now I’ve had a need (yes, a deep, resonating ‘get out of my mind!’ need) to share this with as many people as possible. I’ve been encouraged by friends and family to do the workbook to help others, “when the hell will you do this…” that sort of loving support!! I’ve gone one better by creating an introductory one day workshop and personalised online program that will be become your good friend and adviser. Not just to visit once or twice, but to really have as a friend in your life, to help guide you and support you, when times are tough and to raise virtual full champagne glasses to you when times are amazingly wonderful!

More than 3 decades experience (yes, you can ask my age!) since my first job and first failed marriage, has given me countless opportunities to succeed, fail, question, love, hate, hurt, laugh, nurture, learn, try, grow and keep looking at other ways to do something if it’s not working. Yep, always the cup half full and keep filling it type of girl!

'Begin with the end’ and live consciously! Awareness of the way things can be done, rather than just doing on auto pilot or the way we are told. I’ve created some awesome workshops and activities that has helped many, many people feel happier in their lives…me included. The “oh yes, yes, yessss, I love my life. It’s great” kinda life! I’ve personally tested everything I have put together in this Lifestyle Program and to this day, keep using them because they work. I want you to have more inside out smiles in your every day too.
