Colter Equipment Benefit Added Value Pipe Support Trailers Designed to carry additional pipe, methanol, propane, debris catchers, fitting

tools and other job site necessities.Provides an overall reduction in trucking costs, hot shot services and man hours.

Inline Kits Inline valving built inside pressure tanks. Increased safety around equipment.

High Temperature Vessels High temperature rating on vessels from 130° to 300° Farenheit. We custom build our units to handle the ever changing high temp high pressure environment.

Sparging System Sparge coils eliminate confined space entry. Increased safety around equipment.

Heated Housed Work Facility Warm and comfortable working environment for field staff and customers. Customized with safety gear and computer equiment.

Pressure Vessel Sparging Systems Fully equipped with internal sparge coils which assist in cleaning out sand and solids.

Eliminate vessel entries, increasing safety and reducing in hazard exposure. Lower man hours required to clean vessels.

Double Drop Manifolds Utilize an additional pressure drop, this dual stage pressure reduction minimizes wash-outs and erosion.

Reduction in costly equipment repair and charge back items, increased onsite safety around high pressure manifolds.

Internal Vessel Coating Specifically treated with a special high temperature coating further reducing erosion and chemical corrosion.

Increased safety in and around vessels. Cost reduction on re-certification and repair charges.

Dual Barrel Debris Catchers Dual Barrel Debris Catchers are able to continually flow while checking pressure screens for debris and plug parts.

Flow back returns are continually ‘screened’ minimizing downtime and reducing overall repair costs.

Inspection hatches on vessels Additional inspection hatches added during production limiting employee exposure.

Prevention of hazardous confined space entries for inspection and cleaning of vessels.

Trailer Mounted Equipment Lower trucking costs. Increased quantity of trucks available to mount equipment.

Dual Inlet Pressure and Storage Tanks Ability to ‘tie-in’ more than one flowline or well into test units. Reduction in costs due to additional equipment needed.

10,000 Flowline All test units come standard with 2” x 10k flowline and double drop manifolds. Reduction in overall equipment costs.

Value Added Technologies

Our fleet includes custom fabricated pressure tanks, frac flow-back, in-line testing, bleed offs, snubbing support. All of our equipment is sour service

rated, including emissions and VOC reduced flare stacks and office trailers, flow lines, which are rated to 10,000 psi.

Pressure Tanks

w

Our fleet of custom fabricated pressure tanks range from 5 bbl to132 bbl capacities and are rated from 200 psi to 2000 psi pressure ratings. Our equipment is all sour service rated.

Our fleet includes both 3 phase and 4 phase units, and are available with high level/high pressure shut downs with high temperature ratings of 130° to 300° Farenheit.

We have additionally provided the ability to ‘tie-in’ multiple flowline or well into our test unitis, reducing the costs or requiring additional equipment required on site.

We maintian an expansive fleet of pressure tank units to ensure we have the right equipment designed to meet your project needs.

Automated fluid dump controls, electronic fluid meters and chemical injection pumps are all standard on

our equipment.
