Production begins with durable cast acrylic sheet in your choice

of rich color. Units are then backed with multiple layers of

hand-rolled fiberglass and non-filled resins, for a spa that is both

rely on framing for hot tub shell support. That support could be

metal, wood or even foam. At PDC we build our spas to

support themselves, choosing not to cut corners during the

Waste heat from pump operation warms the air cavity behind the cabinet and

is radiated and absorbed back into the spa plumbing. Warmed air is trapped

between our TemperBase™ insulated floor panel and cabinet top gasket

with TemperLok design, are much lighter in weight than foam-filled rivals,

making installation and moves more economical.

TemperLok ingenuity was developed considering low monthly costs, service

Reliable and virtually self-maintaining, PowerFlo™ filtration most effectively

utilizes power from the jet pump to clean and sanitize every drop of your spa

water. While others pull dirty water over open view filters on the pump

suction side, through the pump and back into your spa, the PDC PowerFlo

design positions the filter on the push side of the pump to efficiently maximize

pump power for cleaner water. Used water and surface debris is captured

through waterline and bottom safety suctions, and sent to the pump, where the

power of the jet pump forcefully pushes the dirty water through a deep

pleated filter cartridge, capturing all dirt and contaminants. The filter is

concealed within the spa shell, hidden from view so all you see is polished

ASTM approved locks for child safety these covers offer a three year

warranty. The up-graded AccuLok™ covers are standard with the LX

Series line-up. These covers are color coordinated with our cabinets,

feature an exclusive hem and fold design to further trap heat and a unique

construction resisting water weight gain, ASTM safety approved.

AccuLok™ covers are backed with a seven year warranty.

PermaWood™ cabinet finishes and sized to

neatly fit all PDC spa hot tub models. An

over-sized corner planter welcomes your

green thumb, while the three tier step unit

assures a unique and safe entry to your hot

tub. Hidden storage in the huge boulder

stack wraps the spa corner for amazing

aesthetic appeal. Swing open the top rock

for convenient towel and accessory storage.

Warm brown and gold tones mimic natural stone in these faux rock accessories,

Cover Rock It™

The Cover Rock-It™ is a superior simplistic design cover lift for ease of use and

affordability. The Cover Rock-It is held securely in place under the weight of the

hot tub, requiring as little as 18” of clearance. When folded during hot tub use,

your cover stores neatly behind the spa for an open view.
