    Communication is a word of Latin origin

    derived from word communis. It stands

    for natural activity of all human beings to

    convey opinions, feelings, information and

    ideas to others through words, body

    language, or signs.

    There are five main elements of communication:

    1.Sender/encoder/speaker:one who initiates the comm..

    2.Receiver/decoder/listerner:

    He receives the encoded message which he

    attempts to decode.

    diplomacy and appreciation of people are

    woven in the message.

    4.Correctness-At the time of encoding, the

    sender should ensure that his knowledge of

    communicated should be brief and concise.
