The comments on DCS HDM drawings/documents are as follows;

1. The documents shall be vetted and duly signed jointly by M/s Emerson and M/s BSL. 2. Project Description shall be mentioned as per approved List of Drawings in every document.

(Comment Typical). 3. M/s BSL , Emerson shall show the schematic diagram from OPC-Server to Transmit signals to

PWN Network (CEMS) via required Gate way PC, FPP, OFC, FPC and other required Kits and Tools. Scheme for the same shall be mentioned / furnished in these documents. DEDICATED PASSWORDs Shall be mentioned Specifically by which to enter in ES Mode and other password shall be there to enter in the Operators mode independently. This facility shall be both present in EWS cum OWS-1&2.Provision shall also be there to operate ES mode by locking OS-Mode electronically in both PCs on real time basis over TCP/IP Communication. M/s Emerson to ensure. Complete Hardware process data specifications for all HMIs (EWS cum OWS-1&2, OPC-Sever) shall be mentioned, Ethernet Switches, Cisco-Firewall shall be indicated.

4. Details of Delta V Redundant system Buses, Redundant Network buses, Control Network Addresses (With IP-Addresses) shall be clearly mentioned.

5. Redundant modules like CPUs, Power Supply Modules for CPU racks and Each I /O racks, Network Communication Module ( Master and Slave Communication Modules), System buses, Process buses, Field bus communication modules etc details shall be furnished.

6. I /O Cards (FF (Redundant-with two segments), DI, Dos) cards complete technical specifications/data sheets shall be mentioned along with BOQ (Actual count + Installed Spares).

7. FF Cables (SPUR AND TRUNK length calculation) and type of FF Cable shall be mentioned broadly. Hardware cables for DI, Dos with make and technical specification shall be indicated.

8. Pre-Trip and Post Trip Process Datas shall be logged and downloaded, provision and features shall be mentioned for Delta V DCS envisaged in this project M/s Emerson to mention.

9. Advanced Diagnostics and Basic Diagnostics modules with model nos used in this project shall be mentioned and there working in brief.

10. Total memory of the DCS shall be mentioned in HDM. 11. Engineering Software back-up by CD / DVD as per recommendation of Emerson. Shall be expediting. 12. Refer Page 11 of 16, under I / o subsystem (No of I / O Cards) under Clause 4.5. M/s Emerson

shall check and Correct It accordingly as per Accepted drawing of DCS I /O Assignment document Number BSP BSL-10-075B-24-000-27-DE03051-R-0. 1 No Card of each type shall be provided as installed spares for DCS based Automation wired up to terminal strips. M/s Emerson shall indicate this in HDM.

13. Grounding Scheme shall be in the scope of M/s BSL, SAIL / BSP shall be deleted. Refer page 16 of 16.

14. Refer page 15 of 16, 1- phase power supply for UPS shall come from BSL scope, not in BSP / SAIL scope. Page shall be updated.

15. Spares shall be grouped at one location in all the panel Terminal Boxes. 16. DCS System Configuration diagram with detailed BOQ shall be submitted with Hardware Design
