Commercial Planning and Activation Manager

The role
Your main task will be to execute customer marketing activations in the OnTrade channel, ensuringreturn on investment. You roll out detailed marketing activation plans and promotional activities withintime to ensure good visibility in the HoReCa. Customer Marketing and category growth drivers arecentral to your activation plans. Budgets are managed properly and alignment is created across theconsumer and customer/sales agenda. Furthermore you work in close partnership with external agenciesto develop POS and to manage the total value chain. World class selling propositions and seasonalplans, targets and briefings for each season are developed and delivered. In addition you engage the(field sales) teams and agree on lead times. Business performances are analysed carefully, makingnecessary interventions to keep us on track. You move with pace whilst having a constant focus onwinning with our customers!
Your profileYou have a bachelor or university degree with 3(+) years’ experience in a trade/brand marketing role inFMCG. You have the ability to orchestrate all aspects of programme activations and you pay attentionto detail (agency briefing, KPI setting, persuasive sell, material development, field sales briefing). Otherrequirements are:
Fluency in Danish and the ability to communicate in advanced business English in verbal andwriting.Previous channel / customer environment experience is desirableAnalytical: you have the ability to spot patterns and opportunities from multiple data sourceswhich are converted quickly into actionable implicationAct like an owner: own & manage your projects as they were yours, both in terms of budgetmanagement and in terms of agility & restlessness. Everything you do you do with pride andpassion like an owner would.Positive with creative flairStructured, selfconfident and solution orientedTeam player and strong in building great relations
