Some words on the Software
We use Tatems to track bits and dots and smoke tests for fleet maintenance. When I came on as Office Manager the owner was
depending on his memory and time-consuming searches to know what units were due inspections. Also, the exact due-date of the inspections
could be off unless we pulled the paper inspection from our files.
About the Founder
TATEMS was first developed in 1998 because one of our clients, a Water Well Drilling company had failed his CHP BIT Inspection (California
Highway Patrol Biennial Inspection Of Terminals). This is a very stringent DOT type inspection that the state of California enforces. With the BIT
Inspection in mind, PC Help LTD set out to create an easy to use program that would allow our client to properly track and maintain their equipment.
