Commissioners Court approved the minutes of the meeting held July 14, 2014. Motion
adopted.
CITIZENS’ COMMUNICATION: (2-1:50)
2. July 21, 2014. Donald R. Pozzi, County Judge, opened the meeting to anyone
wishing to address general County business which was not on the meeting agenda.
Mr. Kenneth Schustereit expressed concerns regarding log jams in the
Guadalupe River.
Hearing no further comments, Judge Pozzi continued to the next agenda item.

amount of $2,501,545.42, and the ACH report dated July 17, 2014, in the amount of

Commissioners Court approved payment, in the amount of $182,582.00, to the Texas
Department of Transportation in connection with CSJ No. 1313VICTR Water
Construction Project for the Victoria Regional Airport. Motion adopted.
GRANT APPLICATION PROPOSAL – QUADREX AVIATION – VICTORIA REGIONAL AIRPORT: (9b-23:34)
9b. July 21, 2014. Moved by Danny Garcia and seconded by Kevin M. Janak, the
Commissioners Court approved the Grant Application Proposal from Quadrex Aviation
for the Victoria Regional Airport. The submitted proposal is to assist in the development
of a grant application for the DOT Small Community Air Service Development program.
The total basic services cost is not to exceed $4,990.00. Motion adopted.
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING – TEXAS A & M AGRILIFE EXTENSION -INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES – VICTORIA COUNTY: (10-)
