is a problem in your work place?• Do you know proper communication practice during emergency situations?• Do you know the proper communication practice during a inclement
weather situation?• Do you know the proper communication practice during a typical office work
day?• Do you have frustrations about the daily communication in your work place?• Do you feel comfortable approaching your supervisor about communications

Results and Conclusions
• Communication hierarchy exists, but is not effective.
• Lack of knowledge of proper chain of command in various work settings
• Frustrations with communication not being consistent.
