• We will take the next 20 minutes to practice sending and replying to email.

• Then we will come back together and share.

• Get the email addresses of 2 students sitting near you.

Practice & Discover Some More Features

So far this year, what tech support have you given your teachers?

• Step 1 Answer that question in an email. Send it to someone sitting near you. Cc someone else. Before you send it, use the Rich Text Editor to change the font and appearance of the message.

• Step 2 Read the message you receive and forward it to someone else in the room. Use the Find Members feature to look up his/ her email address. Mark the message urgent.

• Step 3 Delete a message.
