comOn has come a long way since being originally founded as a software house, up until becoming a full-service marketing agency. In the past 15 years we’ve been gathering talented people along the way. People with different skillsets, different worldviews and a common spirit of curiosity and sharing. We grew, helped clients to grow even more, and were constantly challenged to deliver more and more. People don’t buy brands anymore. People use brands. They

use brands that understand them. The relationship between

people and brands is not that much different from any human

relationship: “I like hanging out with people who perceive me as

I truly am”; “I like talking to people who hear me”; “I need people

who are able to help me when I have a problem”; “I like those

who like me”.

The best way for a brand to relate with their customers is by

knowing how to put itself in their shoes. Building upon empathy.
