Print Box Function for Confidential Documents Printing

Easy to Use Operation Panel 2 Lines or 5 Lines LCD Panel with hard keys for easy operations.

Print Box Function with Password: A Private Print feature that allows users to temporarily store a print job in order to prevent undesired mixing of documents or avoid information leakage of confidential documents. A password can be set with this feature if required to support printing of confidential documents. Additional memory is not required as print job data is stored in the PC memory.

1. Select job storage location (Print Box number) and set password at Client Tool and send.

2. Select designated Print Box number from Control Panel and input password and press Start.
