Sound-proof Box for Rattle Noise Test
The ability to generate a vibration up to 24 kHz or 30 kHz can exactly perform the modal analysis and transfer function measurement over the wide frequency range of various structures' dynamic behavior.
The acceleration, velocity and displacement can be controlled at any desired frequency, therefore, the vibration generator can be used for the calibration of various vibration measuring instruments and transducers.
The vibration generator can be used as excitation source to measure the mechanical impedance of a structure. To cover many different structures we also offer a high force model (max. 500 N) and high frequency model (max. 30 kHz).
The vibration generators are most suitable for a reliability test of small parts such as electronic parts, circuit boards, moreover, for many applications, tests of various sensors such as car acceleration sensors, gyro sensors and functional tests of precision mechanical systems. The combined environmental reliability tests can be accomplished together with an environmental chamber.
The vibration generator can be integrated into a production line as a vibration test system of car audio products and GPS navigation systems.

Rattle Noise (Very Low Abnormal Noise) Measuring Evaluation Test SystemUsed for measuring and evaluating very low abnormal noise (rattle noise) from audio equipment such as CD, DVD player, etc. mainly used for car audio systems. The system consists of a vibration controller and sound-proof box to deaden ambient noise as well as compact vibration generator and associated power amplifier.
The compact vibration generator is used for calibration of a vibrometer, measurement of mechanical
impedance, excitation source for modal analysis and reliability test of a small light specimen. In
particular, we use the world's first ceramic armature for the 512-D and 513-D vibration generator,
making it possible to excite up to high frequency of 30 kHz (513-D can excite up to 24 kHz).

New Wave
The Σ9515 Series uses a high-efficient permanent magnet for its magnetic structure instead of field power supply, therefore, it excels in electric power saving, and is quiet and not harmful to the environment. The rated exciting force of 0.6 kN can be achieved without cooling by an air cooling blower. If it is combined with the blower, the exciting force can increase up to 2 kN. With this excellent feature, it largely does execution for the express purpose of the following applications as well as ordinary vibration tests.

Σ9515 Series Compact Vibration Generator
The Σ9515 Series uses a high-efficient permanent magnet for its magnetic structure instead of field power supply, therefore, it excels in electric power saving, and is quiet and not harmful to the environment. The rated exciting force of 0.6 kN can be achieved without cooling by an air cooling blower. If it is combined with the blower, the exciting force can increase up to 2 kN. With this excellent feature, it largely does execution
applications as well as ordinary vibration tests.
