Since 1963 Mantovanibenne is a well known brand for earth moving machines

attachments.

Born with the manufacturing of Buckets, nowadays the production line includes

also Quick Couplers and Demolition Attachments such as Crushers, Pulverisers,

Shears, Multisystems, Pile Breakers and Grapples.

Thanks to the gained experience during the years, Mantovanibenne presents a

wide range of advanced technology products with high quality standards.

The passion for this industry animates continuously Research and Development of

new products and solutions for new applications.

It is no coincidence that Mantovanibenne is rooted in the province of Modena, a

region historically marked by a passion for engines, mechanical engineering and

competition.

Mantovanibenne has welcomed the challenges of efficiency, the search for

perfection and national leadership by designing, producing and marketing high

quality equipment for earthmoving, demolition and recycling companies.

Open to new technologies and international horizons, an enthusiastic shaper of the present and explorer of the new, Alberto Mantovani belongs to a generation of businessmen who grew through their work, transforming small businesses into companies and workshops into factories. This concrete commitment to growth was never satisfied with his own achievements but found expression in representing the work of many others: President of the Provincial and Regional Industrialists Association, President of the Cassa di Risparmio di Mirandola, President of Banca Modenese and the Modenese Chamber of Commerce, Alberto Mantovani has held many prestigious positions as ambassador to the world for the vocation to excellence of Italian business.

A STORY BEGUN WITH AN IDEA

A passion for mechanics: from talent to entrepreneur.In 1963 Alberto Mantovani launched the extraordinary development of Mantovanibenne: starting from metal carpentry workshop, he specialised in the production of buckets, reaching industrial dimensions in the Seventies with the construction of the Mirandola plant. At the end of the Eighties, the company took the farsighted decision to adopt CNC technology, expanded its product lineup and started making demolition equipment, of which it soon became one of the major manufacturers. In 1997, with a growing international presence, Mantovanibenne inaugurated its French branch, MBI France, in Toulouse and entered the new millennium with further upgrades of its manufacturing facilities and head offices, in preparation for new challenges.

MANTOVANIBENNE: A WORLDWIDE SYMBOL OF QUALITY

All processes are optimised for efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction, as

attested by the fact that the company was one of the first in this sector to achieve

certification to ISO 9001:2000 – a natural outcome of the company’s longstanding

attention to quality in all aspects of its business activities.

In 2009, the company has achieved to meet the requirements of the brand new

certification ISO 9001: 2008.

R&D

Listening to the voice of the market, aspiring to continual improvement of

products and services through research and investment.

Mantovanibenne has always believed in technology and computerisation

as the motors of its development: its first CAD station dates back to the

Eighties, and the adoption of the “solid designer” 3D design system and full

computerisation of all departments bear witness to this belief.

The entire production process is organised according to “Just in Time”

manufacturing logic to ensure perfect planning of all processes and rapid,

punctual delivery.

But not just company management, but the entire workforce shares this

belief in shared objectives and achievements, in a self-reinforcing cycle of

catalogue and custom products growing constantly from year to year. The

MANUFACTURING

Mr. Alberto Mantovani, the founder of Mantovanibenne, has always based

his business on a few important principles: investment in innovative

research, high technology for design and manufacture, testing & quality

procedures, but, most important, investment in people.

Today Mantovanibenne’s equipments are the pride of those involved in

the production processes.

Its full range is recognized all around the world as a symbol of high quality,

reliability and extremely performing products.

Being aware of the needs of the current markets, Mantovanibenne

has proceeded to develop and establish new factories in several other

countries than its home land Italy.

MBI France is a branch office based in Toulouse focusing on sales and

service for France and South Western Europe.

At the beginning of the new millennium, Mantovanibenne has opened a

factory in Bulgaria, MBI Bulgaria, specialized in the manufacturing of a

Grapple line, Buckets and Quick Couplers lines for 10 to 35 t excavators.

This branch is distributing these ranges directly all over the world.

A turning point for the company’s expansion occurred in 2010, with the

foundation of Zhejiang Mantovani Machinery (ZMM) and the opening

of a factory in China: structured for the production of CR and RP lines, it

is also a key location for the direct distribution towards Asian and North

American markets.

The latest Mantovanibenne investment came in August 2013, when

commercial office opened in Munich under the name of MBI Deutschland

GmbH: constant enquires from the market led Mantovanibenne to the

opening a new branch to serve Germany and Central Europe.

Mantovanibenne was born with the production of hydraulic excavator

Buckets.

The actual range is the result of a great experience in Earth Moving

Sector. Through these years, the Company has concentrated its interest in

producing buckets on specific needs of the customer, with personalized

solution for each equipment: for every require, Mantovanibenne studies the

right bucket, analysing the specific needs of the customer and of work.

The deep technical know-how gained through years has allowed

Mantovanibenne to produce a complete range of equipments offering

three basic types of buckets: DIGGING BUCKETS, HANDLING BUCKETS and

DITCH CLEANING BUCKET. The Bucket line include equipments suitable for

hydraulic crawled and wheeled excavator from 5.000 to 130.000 kg weight.

An excellent technical design and high quality in composing material ensure

a great productivity and a special longevity.

The Quick Coupler increases excavator efficiency, with an ability to attach

any type of attachment or equipment.

A truly simple and fast way to change buckets, attachments, hydraulic

breakers, or any other equipment.

The Quick Coupler can be purchased in hydraulic version or manual as

required.

All Quick Coupler Lines fully conform with all current EU legislation for safety

regulations.

The DEMOLITION LINE comes from over 15 years experience in Earth Moving Machine market. Ten years of development through experience in Mantovanibenne has produced high performance equipments. Technical use of the most modern steels gives the perfect combination of tool strength, light weight and optimum wear resistance.

One of the main point of strength in the Mantovanibenne range is its width: we are well aware that different kind of demolition works require different sizes of excavator, together with different types of tools. To better meet customer needs, Mantovanibenne extended its product range and now, with its MINI and HEAVY LINES, can give the perfect solution to almost every kind of demolition job.

The MINI LINE has been thought and developed for small excavators, and perfectly suits to precision jobs on small or uncomfortable operating spaces: the brand new RP07 pulveriser, the MCP300 for 1,5 to 4 tons excavators, the SH25 or the SH50 scrap shears.

The HEAVY LINE are among the most big and powerful tools on the market, suitable for jobs that require enormous strength and capacity: the CR100 concrete crusher and the Multisystem MS130R, made for over 90 tons excavators, the RP80 pulveriser, and most of all the SH2000, the 21 tons shear that fits to excavators from 170 to 200 tons.

The production line is organised in three different countries:

• MANTOVANIBENNE: headquarter has specialised its production in Shears (SH EAGLE II), new Pulveriser line (MCP-IT and RP-IT), Multisystem (MS), Pile Breaker (PB), and Light and Heavy ranges.

• MBI FRANCE : is a Branch Office planted in Toulouse dedicated for sales and service in France and South Western Europe.

• MBI BULGARIA: is focusing its production on Grapple, Buckets and Quick Couplers for 10 to 35 t excavators, distributing directly all over the world.

• ZHEJANG MANTOVANI MACHINERY (ZMM): is manufacturing Crusher (CR) and Pulveriser lines (MCP and RP) in its plant in China, and will be distributing directly towards Asian and North American markets.

• MBI DEUTSCHLAND: the German commercial office opened in Munich to serve Germany and Central Europe.
