Design & manufacturing capabilities

METAL FORMING

Achieve simple to complex profiles with our fleet of 10 to 290 ton presses and 8 to 30

spindle roll forming, extrusion and co-extrusion machines.

INJECTION MOLDING

With presses ranging from 120 to 3,500 tons, we can custom

mold plastic parts of almost any shape or size using our dual-shot and shuttle/rotary operations to

create molded and mold-in-color plastic parts.

ASSEMBLY

We have experience in many methods, from simple snap and

screw attachments to more advanced thermal and chemical

adhesion solutions.

PAINTING

Make any color possible with Mono coat, Resist & masking, Paint over

chrome, and Base + clear processes, as well as G-Coat™ , our unique tint

over chrome solution.

CHROME PLATING

We can plate most plastic bases (including ABS, PC/ABS and others)

in almost any size, finish,and color. Our multi-shot selective

plating process supports even greater design possibilities.
