Solution from SiemensEnergy Performance Contracting was signeddirectly with the University of Hong Kong. Severalfacility improvement measures were to beimplemented to guarantee energy savings for eightyears.

Solution from SiemensCutting edge energy efficiency solutions andtechnologies were implemented. The buildingmanagement system Apogee takes on a centralrole. It controls and monitors all of the systems inthe building including BT and third-party systems.

Solution from SiemensThe fire alarm system from Siemens consists of:27 Nodes Siemens XLSV with a voice evacuationsystem as well as a fire fighter‘s telephone systemwith 12,010 devices in total. The fire alarm systemhas one mimic panel for the entire building and isfully interconnected with the building managementsystem.
