Abhilasha Forging is incepted in the year 2007. We are one of the well-known manufacturers of brass components to our clients in water piping sector. Having high level of the know how in the domain, we are master manufacturer of customized products as per customers requirements. Our comprehensive range of these products includes Brass threaded fittings and Brass inserts for hot and cold water plastic pipe fittings. Growth journey of Abhilasha Forging started from 2000 under the firm name- Patel Dies. (A tool & dies shop for producing hot working tools for hot forging of brass components). In 2007 we started brass manufacturing small unit with traditions convection lathe machines for manufacturing components of brass used in sanitary pipe fittings. In the year 2010 modern CNC turning centre machines were added to produce more accurate components like brass inserts for plastic pipe fittings (for injection mould applications).
we are hold up with a state-of art infrastructure facilities that is equipped with in house advanced manufacturing machinery like CNC turning machines, hot forging press with core forging technology, convectional millings and turning machines, punching and roll marking machines, testing and measuring equipments etc. With well balanced traditional and CNC machines, we are capable of producing Approx. 200 metric tones of brass inserts for ppr pipe fittings per annum.
This unit is managed by a team of highly skilled personnel of the Brass industry. Company’s strategically investment in Human resources, machinery and management system throughout these years, made Abhilasha Forging improve its day to day production process in order to lower its own internal costs and make its prices very competitive.
Under the guidance of our Directors, Mr. Rajesh Zalavadia & Denish Zalavadia , we have achieved a strong foothold in the market for our clients.
