IntroductionWe, at Ambience General Trading LLC, are pleased to introduce

ourselves as the specialized service provider and manufacturer

of good quality in-house designed and customized Stainless Steel

and Mild Steel furniture products and components.

Ambience General Trading LLC is a one of it's kind organization

catering to the hospitality industry which includes major luxury

and deluxe hotels, hospitals and airlines, and other

establishments across the globe.

OUR PRODUCTS:POLYCARBONATE SHUTTERSSuitable for many commercial applications including: Shopping

Centres, Bar Tops, Counter Tops, Shopfronts, Doorways, Bottle

Shops, Sports Complexes, Arcades, Clubs.

Opening Size: upto 3.6m high x 3.0m wide.

Our rolling shutters are designed to enable vision of your

merchandise whilst providing security and vermin proof

protection.

All doors are counterbalanced per manual operation and

monetorisation is optional. This is recommended for wide and/or

high openings.

Available in anodized and powdercoated colours.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:Curtain - Constructed of clear polycarbonate extrusionshaving a depth of 100mm interlocking with symmetrical aluminium

extruded members of 30mm to form a continuous hinge. Each

aluminium member shall be fitted with moulded end clips to

prevent lateral movement and provide smooth operation of side

guides.

Side Guide - 50mm x 33mm extruded aluminium with false back forconcealing fixings. Optional Nylofelt Buffer available.

Locking - Shall be centrally mounted two way Mortice Key Lockor Sliding Shoot Bolt Lock mounted within the bottom rail.

Bottom Rail - 90mm x 48mm extruded aluminium sectionincorporating locking device and concealed locking rods and

optional PVC Buffer.

Brackets - Manufactured from 90mm x 40mm mild steel.

Roller Drum - Manufactured from 229mm spiral ducted tubeattached to ball bearing drum wheels rotating on a 34mm steel

shaft. The shaft shall be fitted with helical springs designed to

counterbalance the curtain weight throughout its operation.

The drum shall be designed to give minimum deflection over thespan.

Operation - Manual or motorised depending upon size orrequirements.

Mullions - Specially designed one-piece extrusion for straightopenings and two-piece sections that can be set to any angle and

shall be used for wide openings and multiple door installations.

SHOWER CUBICLESOur Jetted and Steam Showers are designed to combine function

and beauty. Available in variety of sizes and finishes, they come

complete with built in diverters, thermostatic valves and all

shower fixtures. Our steam shower enclosure is a culmination of

years of advanced design, unique materials and superior

craftsmanship. Inspired by European traditions of bathroom

luxury, our shower enclosure's features are truly amazing.

Designed to be installed

against tiled walls, the

structure of the enclosure

starts with a fiberglass

reinforced black acrylic

tray. Unlike most steam

cabins which require non-

standard drain plumbing, the

tray in our enclosure is

ready for a standard drain

and allows for the entire

unit to be either installed in

the left or right tiled

corner. The front and side

glass walls are made of 8mm

tempered clear glass with

the exclusive ClearGlass

coating for easy glass

maintenance. The front

stationary glass wall leads into the pivot door which

effortlessly opens into the high-tech cabin. A brushed nickel

finish aluminum shower panel extends across the black tempered

glass roof and down the tiled back wall of the installed

enclosure. Housed in the panel are a number of exclusive

features: top 305mm x 305mm brass shower head, two recessedroof lights, six adjustable body jets and a designer hand shower.

The integrated steam control allows for full steam adjustment

and provides access to lights, FM radio and MP3 sound functions.

Built-in water management system consists of a high

performance thermostatic valve to maintain a set water

temperature and three individual water diverters to control the

top shower, jets and hand-held water functions. The ozone

sanitation function and optional teak flooring complete the

long list of features and options for the enclosures.
