The European Academy for Coaching, Consulting & Languages is a service training institution trying from the inception in 2011 to provide oriented training programs and the latest theoretical educational aids and practical training in collaboration with prestigious local and international training centers in the various aspects for the development of skills, qualifications and abilities. Through our affiliation with large voluntary service networks, our group wants to contribute to a dynamic and democratic civil society. Non-profit agencies and other organisations are important civil society actors that in their contexts have the function of carrying the voice of rights holders, acting both as watchdogs and organisers of services. We see a role for non-profit agencies and other organisations in the work to strengthen people as active participants in the life and as rights holders and citizens in society. We believe that non-profit agencies, ecumenical networks and other development organisations can contribute to democratising societies, be models themselves for a democratic culture, increase respect for human rights, make decision-makers available and accountable to their citizens, and contribute to sustainable economic and social development.Our group performs limited operational work of its own outside Jordan and instead enters into agreements for collaboration with local partner non-profit agencies and organisations. The collaboration can take place at many levels, comprise many types of commitments and can span long or short periods of time.

1. Department of Administrative Affairs:

• About the Department:The Department of Administrative Affairs is responsible for personnel and payroll administration, development projects, health, safety and environment and inclusive working life programmes, records management, ICT, safety and emergency preparedness, financial and budget-related matters, coordination of public hearings and inter-departmental coordination.GOAL STATEMENTSMake state-of-the-art technology and software available to all department staff, as appropriate, and assure those who use the technology are provided with the proper training to maximize its benefits. Ensure that each unit in the department has a well-developed plan to provide opportunities for employees to enhance their knowledge and skills, to improve their performance, and to develop professionally. Institute and administer a process that ensures all department activities and processes are developed, administered, and evaluated in the context of their effectiveness in providing quality value added service to the customer. Ensure that each unit in the department has a well-developed mission, vision, and action plan that is consistent with the department's mission and goals and articulates its role in implementing the Academy's strategic plan and goals. Work with each unit in the Department to develop and administer processes to conduct a thorough and periodic assessment of its services.

2. Languages & Translation Department:

• About the Department:Our department offers language courses, interpretation and translation services in Arabic for non-native speakers, English, German, Italian, French, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Hebrew, Chinese and Korean.With our Partner Cambio Institut/Germany, a TELC ("The European Language Certificates") certified language institute, we are now enhancing training abroad by qualifying candidates for work in the German health care industry before they enter the country. TELC or The European Language Certificates is one of the international standardized tests of ten different languages. It is administered by telc GmbH, which is subsidiary of German Adult Education Association. It is taken in English, German, Turkish, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Czech and Arabic. Cambio Institut and our Academy prepare clients for every certification available covering all European languages. Cambio Institut is a registered testing center for a myriad of exams including LCCI, TOEIC, TOEFL, TELC, IELTS, DAF, among others. Furthermore, Euroccl Academy is the main center for the Arabic language test “Attanal Alarabi”. Attanal is an international Test and an Arabic comprehensive educational project that is based on an integrated strategic vision, along the lines of international curriculum in language approach and the Common European Framework of reference for (TOEFL, TOEIC, GRE, TELC) and others.

• About the Department:The goal of the Programming & Information Technology Department is to help students succeed in gaining the skills and knowledge they will use in their careers. The great thing about the computer industry is that there are great jobs available for workers with a wide range of education. Educational choices include certificate programs, associate’s degrees and options. Some of our programs also help students prepare for independent industry certifications from vendors like CompTia, Cisco, and Microsoft.Students in this program develop skills in computer software development and analysis, while enjoying hands-on training in the foundations of computer technology, databases, Web applications, user applications and computer programming. Elective courses allow students to enhance their skill sets with advanced programming and Web development. All classes are taught the art of computer in very qulified computer labs, and the curriculum includes an internship program that places students directly into IT departments where they can put their new knowledge into practice while still enrolled.

15. Yashfeen Department of special Education:

About the DepartmentAt Yashfeen department, a small center who is looking forward to be working together with UNICEF, we run a programme of activities and private sessions for children with sensory disabilities.Yashfeen department offers special course in the field of special education. The course begins by outlining core elements of special education, including the change in educational legalization in recent years with particular emphasis on legislation in Jordan. The responsibilities of teachers and trainers are also detailed, along with the individual educational plan (IEP). The course describes the most frequent disabilities encountered in the classroom: learning disabilities, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), intellectual disabilities, behavioral disorders, and physical disabilities and sensory impairments. The course provides key information about each of these disabilities and describes practical strategies on how to assist and teach students with these disabilities.
