KSA ELECTRIC NIGERIA LIMITED is an electrical design, erection and

installation company incorporated in Nigeria and Germany. Prior to its

incorporation, the company had existed with its principal staff who

had worked in Nigeria and Germany since 1992 for and in partnership

with public and private sectors, covering state governments and

international firms.

RING ROAD MAINTENANCE

For the 50th anniversary of Nigeria's independence KSA ELECTRIC

brought the Abuja Ring Road street light back on track. Missing or

broken parts like poles, bulbs, connection boxes and even cables

had to be replaced.

Our high-lift truck had to work well. Over the years, dozens of

light poles had suffered accident damage and had to be replaced

completely. Defective lamps have been replaced as well,

equipment got cleaned and missing cable connections have been

restored.

SUNRISE HILLS ESTATE ABUJA

The new Sunrise Hills Estate in Abuja has about 1,000 plots of land

to be made available to individuals and corporate organizations.

That means in fact, that a complete new city with thousands of

inhabitants is developing. The honorable FCT Minister has

inaugurated the multi-trillion Naira prestigious project in February

2010. KSA ELECTRIC has got the responsible order to ensure power

supply and will moreover install solar street lighting solutions as a

long lasting, eco-friendly and sustainable concept.

SETRACO CEDAR CAMP ABUJA

Nigerian / Lebanese construction company Setraco is in urgent

need for an extension of its residential premises in Abuja due to an

increased number of workers and engineers. The principal

entrusted KSA ELECTRIC with the installation of the electrical

infrastructure, the power supply and the street lighting of new

Setraco Cedar Camp in Abuja.

SCC TOWERS ABUJA

In the Central Business District of Abuja, the SCC Towers, a 10-

storey apartment house complex built by Nigerian / Israeli

construction company SCC, has arose in the last months. KSA

ELECTRIC was responsible for the organization of power supply

and outside lighting for this compound.

DANJUMA ACADEMY

On behalf of the Gwagwalada Area Council of FCT Abuja, KSA

ELECTRIC was commissioned with the electrical design of the

upcoming Danjuma Academy near Gwako Village. This proposed

educational institution is amongst others consisting of residential

quarters, dormitories, conference center, motel, park and play

grounds.

The electrical design report names standards and regulations that

shall be obeyed, specifies a detailed load analysis for every type of

building, makes statements about the needed transformers, the

low voltage distribution, the earthing system and finally the street

lighting.

HOSPITAL BIRNIN KEBBI, KEBBI STATE

In the capital of Nigeria's Kebbi State Birnin Kebbi, the new

construction of an ultra-modern hospital with 200 beds is realized.

KSA ELECTRIC has taken over the complete internal cabling for

lighting, power distribution, TV, telephone; the complete inner

lighting; electrical equipment like panels, switches, fans and circuit

breakers; the fire alarm system from initiators to extinguishers and

eventually the complete internal pipe works for cold, hot and

waste water as well as all sanitary fittings.

APARTMENTS UTAKO ESTATE, ABUJA

For Julius Berger, one of the biggest construction companies in

Nigeria, we have realized the electrical supply for the Apartments

Utako Estate in Abuja. The contract included the power supply for

the distinctive Headquarter of Julius Berger Nigeria in Abuja's

Utako District.

KSA ELECTRIC realized the connection to the 33 kV overhead lines

of the national grid, installed additional high tension poles with

the correspondent aluminum conductor. Furthermore we

delivered and installed a 7.5 MVA 33/11 kV power transformer as

well as 3.15 MVA and 200 kVA 11/0.415 kV power transformer and

the belonging 33 kV and 11 kV cabling.

MOGADISHU BARRACKS ABUJA

On behalf of the German Army (Deutsche Bundeswehr) KSA

ELECTRIC realized the renovation and extension of the garage at

the Mogadishu Barracks of the Nigerian Army in Abuja. The

project included three filling stations, the construction of a canteen

and the provision of auxiliary power supply.

INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ABUJA

The fire alarm system, firefighting station, electrical infrastructure,

FIDS system, Agnis Papa system, building management and the

public address system at one of Nigeria’s most important airports,

Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja, were developed

with the know-how of KSA ELECTRIC.

KSA ELECTRIC NIGERIA is headed by Mr. Andreas Hix (German), who

had been working for government, industries, public and private

sectors on various electrical projects in Nigeria since 1992. Before his

advent in Nigeria he worked on projects in different parts of Europe

and Asia. One of Mr. Hix’ key competences is assembling cutting edge

manpower and technology from within and outside Nigeria to provide

world class electrical engineering services and solutions at very

competitive rates.

Mr. Michael Busse (German) came to Nigeria in 2008, he brought

the latest developments from Europe, where he studied and had

been working for over 10 years, in various engineering projects in

Germany. He has opened the new KSA ELECTRIC office in Berlin in

August 2011. The Germany office brings us closer to the European

and Middle East factories, where we are able to check the quality

of goods produced for the Nigerian market before they are

delivered. Benefitting from short distances we can address the

needs of our customers quicker and can answer short term changes

much better.

Mrs. Anissia Eid (Lebanese) joined KSA ELECTRIC in 2010. She is

an Electrical Engineer with background in LV and MV electrical

design and execution. Projects she worked on were located in

Lebanon, Algeria and Qatar.

Mr. Mike Jerichen (German) has been working as a Technician and

Service Engineer for more than 15 years in various countries,

amongst them Nigeria, Jordan, China, Turkey and Germany.

ADMINISTRATION

Mrs. Jeanine Kakos (Lebanese) joined KSA ELECTRIC in 2010. She

plays the role of the company auditor and financial advisor.

Mrs. Randa Deeb (Lebanese) joined our team in 2011. She is a CAD

operator and in charge of production of detailed execution and

design drawings. She brings to KSA ELECTRIC 10 years of

experience in this arena.

Miss Doris Iwunze (Nigerian) commenced as Secretary of KSA

ELECTRIC in 2008. In this capacity she is running our front office in

Abuja's Central Business District.

SUPERVISORS

Since 2011 Mr. Joseph Raad (Lebanese) strengthens KSA ELECTRIC

as supervisor with international experience. He is skilled in

maintenance and installation of generators, switch boards, lighting

installations, data and power cabling.

Mr. Victor Ogala (Nigerian) has been working with Mr. Hix since

1992. They already worked together at the International Airport

Abuja, the Geregu Power Plant and the Street lighting project in

Bauchi State. He was leading the renovation of the German Army

workshop at the Mogadishu Barracks in Abuja.

Mr. John Okoh (Nigerian) has been working for many years at

numerous electrical projects. He supervises projects for street

lighting, electrical renovations and electric power supply of

residences.

Mr. Momoh Onuh, Nigerian with over 15 years of experience in

electrical engineering, joined the KSA ELECTRIC team in 2008. He is

responsible for site technical supervision and assistance. He covers

everything from electrical installation to substation in medium size

commercial and government electrical projects.

Mr. Fidelis Egbeyor (Nigerian) is responsible for site plumbing

services and solutions. His competence in plumbing and

components is a big support to the company's mission. Notable

among his works is the mechanical/plumbing installation at the

Hospital Birnin Kebbi.
