COMPANY HISTORY

Ledonne Constructions Pty Ltd was registered as a company on 10

th June 1986. Prior to that date,

the firm traded as Allawah Constructions, a partnership with three partners. Two of the partners

retired, and the third, Mr. Tony Ledonne remained and is now the Managing Director of Ledonne

Constructions.

The partnership and subsequent company has been contracting to the NSW Public Works,

Sydney Water Corporation, Hunter Water Corporation, local and regional NSW councils, and the

private sector for the construction of the following works for the last 39 years:

sewer supply pipelines

sewerage pumping stations,

pressure sewer systems,

water supply pipelines,

water pumping stations,

stormwater pipelines,

treatment works,

telecommunication services,

tunnelling, pipe jacking, directional drilling, and thrust boring,

associated building works, earthworks, and road construction.

Our head office is at Carlton in Sydney and we also have a North East NSW regional depot at South Grafton and a plant and transport workshop at Somersby on the NSW Central Coast.



CORPORATE STRUCTURE

Managing Director: Tony Ledonne

39 years experience in managing all aspects of sewer, watermain, stormwater and pumping station construction including overall supervision of staff, site management and liaison and negotiation with client management. Project Management of construction contracts to achieve client’s time, cost quality objectives. Highly experienced in all types of pipe system design, construction, operation and maintenance.

Contracts Administrator: Cassandra Padroth

Over 20 years experience in the construction project team

environment including 8 years with the Sydney Water Corporation on the Warragamba Dam project. Has qualifications in Social Work, a sound knowledge base of contracts law and is currently completing a Bachelor of Construction Management. Cassandra also manages the company's Integrated Management System.

Accounts/Financial Manager: Douglas Duran

Extensive experience in business financial matters.

Responsible for company accounting including financial planning, budgeting and credit control. Doug also has 2 years experience as WHS Administrator, which include the core role of internal auditing of the company's Integrated Management system, including on-site audits.

Over 6 years experience in construction, as both a Water

and Sewer Networks Designer and an Estimator/Project Engineer. Worked on many projects, most including trenching and pipe laying of water, sewer, gravity and rising mains. Clients have included Hunter water, Sydney Water, and local councils. Also has experience in the management of conduit laying , cable pulling and pit installation for Ausgrid, Telstra and Rail Corp.

Civil Engineer responsible for technical aspects of site construction, managing compliance with site safety, environmental and quality plans and personally dealing with all client parties and the local community. Over 13 years experience in supervision and management

of sewerage and water supply construction for pipelines, pumping stations and pressure sewer systems. Responsible for the supervision and on-site training of the construction workforce and liaison with client management in the absence Project Managers. Extensive training in OH&S, pipe manufacturers courses and environmental courses.

Over 44 years experience in building construction &

associated industries both in Australia & overseas.. Qualified Carpenter & Joiner and Licensed Builder for 22 years. Extensive Experienced site manager on sewerage treatment plant construction.

Over 10 years experience in supervision and management

of sewerage and water supply construction for both pipelines and pumping stations. Extensive training in OH&S, pipe manufacturer’s courses and environmental courses.

30 years experience in the construction industry including pipelines, residential building & concrete structures. Over 20 years experience as a construction supervisor with Rous Water before joining Ledonnes in 2011.

Plant Manager: Paddy Zimmerman

Vast experience in repair and maintenance of all types of

machinery. Responsible for the scheduled maintenance of the company’s motor vehicles, construction plant and machinery and the management of the Company’s workshop and storage yard.

Others: In addition to the above management positions, the

company employs five plant operators and six tradesman, pipelayers, labourers and apprentices. All employees have varying degrees of experience in sewerage and water supply construction, and have completed various training courses such as pipe manufacturer’s pipelaying, environmental and land care awareness, WHS and confined spaces.



QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Ledonne Constructions is committed to the quality management of our processes and has

developed a Quality Management System to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008.

Our system has achieved third party accreditation with QMS Certification Services Pty Ltd and has

been certified with an expiry date of 21 April 2016. Prior to that, our system was accredited by NCS

International Pty Ltd and earlier by Quality Assurance Services to AS/NZS ISO 9002.

WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT

Ledonne Constructions is committed to sound WHS practices. As such, we have developed an

WHS Management System in compliance with the Work Health and Safety Act, 2011, and the

Workers Compensation Act, 2010.

Ledonne Constructions’ WMS conforms to AS/NZS 4801:2001 and is certified by QMS Certification

Services Pty Ltd with an expiry date of 21 April 2016. It is accredited to the Federal Government

Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme and the NSW Government OH&SMS

Guidelines (4th Edition) by NSW Public Works.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

The management and staff of Ledonne Constructions are committed to the conservation of the

environment and minimising impact during construction of our works.

We have a wealth of experience in successfully undertaking construction in environmentally

sensitive areas such as The Royal National Park, Blue Mountains, Central Coast, South Coast,

Sutherland, Smiths Lake, etc.

Our Environmental Management System has been accredited by NSW Public Works to the NSW

Government Environmental Management System Guidelines derived in accordance with Australian



Standard AS/NZS 14001:1996. Our system has been certified to ISO 14001:2004 by QMS

Certification Services Pty Ltd with an expiry date of 21 April 2016.

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Company has developed an Integrated Management System combining the 3 management

systems above.

Certification of the IMS by QMS Certification Services Pty Ltd has been achieved with compliance to

ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & AS/NZS 4801:2001 as outlined above.
