1.2 Company Summary AUSKO RESOURCES Pty Ltd (AUSKO) Ausko is an Australian based company that specialises in project management, plant installation, pre-commissioning, pipe fabrication, welding, assembly, erection, maintenance and supply of expert trades people to the Resources Industry. Ausko has specialist expertise in planning, engineering, production, construction and site installation. Our industry standing and reputation is underpinned by extensive ‘industry specific’ knowledge and experience in the areas of processes, quality control, safety management and project engineering. 3. Service Delivery Method 3.1 Qualified Human Resources

AUSKO employees Pre-Qualification System is designed to ensure that each member of staff is appropriately qualified to work on any given project. AUSKO project personnel are only engaged after Work Cover accredited OH&S training, stringent interview procedures, reference checks, qualification compliance, verification of competencies, and a series of inductions including general safety induction, contract & site specific induction have been carried out.

3.2 Quality Management Plan

AUSKO has developed a comprehensive in-house Quality System which can be used as a stand-alone system or integrated into the clients own quality management plan with the aim of providing the best possible outcome for the project.

Document & Record Control

Document control procedures manage and contain the flow of documents and correspondence in an organised, thorough manner. AUSKO‘s system ensures timely and accurate processing of project information.

Procurement Management

AUSKO‘s procurement process begins with a thorough market analysis to ensure that we are aware of all the conditions which could affect manpower, material, equipment availability, trade contractor availability and capacity.

4.2 Occupational Health and Safety A safe working environment protects employees, identifies risk to the customer and generates mutually beneficial cost and time savings to all project team members AUSKO is committed to protecting the health, safety and welfare of all people that work on or visit our jobsite. AUSKO has clearly defined roles and responsibilities for its entire management staff to ensure that safety is a major priority. The plans and policies are developed with the involvement of those affected, and are fully documented and communicated. AUSKO recognises that non-management personnel play an equally important role with respect to safety. Non-management personnel are encouraged to assist in the development, implementation and review of its OH&S management system. This ensures workers can contribute to the making of decisions affecting their health, safety and welfare at work. All maintenance and practices, products and equipment used by AUSKO comply with relevant acts and regulations. Policies and plans are systematically developed in conjunction with relevant Acts and Regulations to ensure the safety of employees and customers. Equipment and products used by AUSKO comply with all the relevant acts and regulations. Training and communication is designed to ensure that employees, customers, and suppliers are able to integrate OH&S into their daily activity.

Occupational Health and Safety Program

- OH&S training and induction: All personnel undertake a structured induction to

AUSKO which provides a platform from which its standards and behavioural requirements are set;

- Toolbox/Safety meetings: These are used to reinforce specific safety issues and

attitudes on a regular basis, and discuss safety issues and topics.

- Safe work design, workplace design and standard work procedures.

- Safety rules and disciplinary procedures.

- Changes to OH&S including safe work methods.

- Reporting and recording incidents, injuries and illnesses.

- Audit: These are used to monitor adherence to set safety standards and also

to instil accountability safety performance.

5. Schedule - Rates

Where possible AUSKO manage open contract agreement schedules. Our open contract allow AUSKO & the client to have agreed rates and mark ups for all services which are multiplied by accumulation approved by daily reports and work vouchers.

All rates are also subject to specific site approval and as such will be reviewed upon AUSKO’ acknowledgement of specific or individual project details. All AUSKO personnel will align with project or site-specific enterprise agreements.

5.1 Goods

Rates on all works are proposed to be completed on an open contract. All goods procured by AUSKO for the Company will attract a 15% mark up on supplier provided invoices.

The goods markup covers such costs accrued by the contractor (AUSKO) including but not limited to finance for cost carry, insurances and internal management (minor procurement and logistics service).

AUSKO recommend all goods procured and or manufactured to be inspected during assembly. Quality Management is an additional charge typically estimated at 5% of goods (based on rate schedule).

5.2 Services

AUSKO propose two schedules of rates, contracted & labor only. Contracted services are those where AUSKO are engaged to deliver a complete service inclusive of all liabilities. Labor only rates are to be used when AUSKO are engaged to supply labor only to the company.
