Based in Perth, CDC Building Group provides quality concrete solutions to Commercial, Mining and Civil clients troughout Western Australia. With over 50 years combined experience within the construction industry we have successfully delivered projects across a broad range of sectors both regionally and in the Perth metro area.

CDC BUILDING SERVICES

Our depth and wealth of knowledge has been the point of difference on many occasions, offering our clients alternative solutions on complex issues that have the potential to introduce risk during construction.

To help us advance our company structure we have recently introduced PROCORE as our document control tool which helps us to manage our projects more proficiently.

Quality is of prime importance with in CDC and our site teams are focused on delivering a quality product for our clients. This is backed up with the high quality document control systems we have in place.

We pride ourselves on the quality and experienced of our site Managers and supervisors. This coupled with the use of Procore ensures we are giving our clients a totally professional experience working with CDC.

Project engineers form part of our project teams to assist in complex elements of the project and to liaise with our clients on design issues.

Focus is on project completion to a high standard, hand over ahead of schedule and on budget.

CDC is accredited to AS/NZS ISO standards and are currently in the process of acquiring certification to AS/NZS ISO 90001:2000, 14001:2004 and 4801:2001.

Specialist Site Managers and Supervisors to manage different phases of the project.
