IMAGINATION

Books Movies

Reading a book allows us to imagine the situation, characters, environment that they are in, etc…

On the other hand, Movies leaves viewers with a little imagination.

Movies provide us with visual effects.

TIME CONSUMPTION

Books Movies

It takes a lot of time to finish up reading the whole book.

A lot of people enjoy reading books for leisure purposes.

Movies take at most 4 hours of your time, but the average length of a movie is between 1.5 to 2 hours.

Some argue that it is not worth it to read a book when you can just watch the movie.

ENTERTAINMENT VALUE

Books Movies For a lot of people, Books

are more entertaining than movies, because as I said they imagine the situation.

Several people who both read books and watch movies claim that they were disappointed several times after watching a movie that they have previously read a book for.

Because movies are less imaginative it is easier to discuss the topic with your friends.

Therefore the movie experience is better shared with friends.

Some people prefer movies because they require less effort on their side

IDEAS

Books and Movies have the same main ideas. However, Books are usually more detailed and specific. There were a lot of books converted to Movies, but in the

movie it was less detailed. (an example of that is Oliver Twist)
