Conclusion
ReSTOR and Tecnis MF IOLs both showed good distance and near visual acuity
Contrast sensitivity decreased below normal range in both groups
Night visual symptoms were mild in most cases Patients prefer ReSTOR for distance vision and Tecnis for near
vision Patient satisfaction was very high in both groups, slightly more
in Tecnis Aspheric design seems to be more ideal for improving
satisfaction
