Preparation

Sanding of all support frames to remove grouts (danger ofshortcuts in the detector)

Cleaning of components with Isopropanol and demineralizedwater in ultrasonic bath

Storage of foils in nitrogen atmosphere to avoid oxidation

After preparation touch components only with gloves(fingerprint on foils can cause 1 mA leakage current!)
