I cilindri pneumatici ISO6431-VDMA24562 FARBO sono disponibili nelle versioni “I” e “A” . La serie“I”, top della gamma, ha le testate ricavate dal pieno e le guarnizioni in materiale speciale, con la sceltadi tutti i profili. La serie “A” , più leggera, è dotata di testate presso-fuse con guarnizioni standard.Tale varietà di versioni consente di scegliere quindi: il tubo tondo con quattro tiranti in acciaio, il profiloin alluminio senza tiranti e con camicia profilata, il profilo pulito con sensori a scomparsa, le guarnizioniin NBR70, in POLIURETANO o in VITON®. Tutte le versioni dispongono di numerosi accessori, kit peril montaggio e diverse opzioni per il fissaggio dello stelo e del cilindro.

FARBO ISO6431-VDMA24562 pneumatic cylinders are available in two versions.The “I” serie hasfull bar end caps, seals made with special materials and different profiles available. The “A” serie isthe light version, with die-cast end caps and standard seals. So is allowed the choice between roundtube with four steel tie-rods, aluminum profile without tie-rods and a sleeve, clean profile with fittingsensors hidden and NBR70,PUR Polyurethane or Viton ® seals. Several accessories for all versions,mounting kits and different piston rod mounting options and cylinder mounting options are available.

di sensori a scomparsa che non debordano dal profi lo stesso.

I sensori ad inserimento verticale, non necessitano di ulteriori cave in testa al

cilindro per essere inseriti.

La gamma dei cilindri è completa con tutte le versioni dall’alesaggio 32 mm al

125 mm.

Cylinders conform to ISO 6431-VDMA 24562, with a sleeve suitable for fitting

sensors which maintain their shape inside the cylinder profile. The hidden sensors

are easily vertically inserted and don’t need any additional spaces in the cylinder

head.

The range of the cylinders is complete with all the versions from bore 32 mm

until bore 125 mm.

Disponibili con alesaggi da 32 mm fino a 100 mm, magnetici e con ammortizzi

di serie offrono una risposta completa per tutte le applicazioni mantenendo

praticamente gli ingombri della serie a norma ISO e conservandone anche gli

stessi accessori.

The twin rod cylinders THM e TRM series are the right solution in the anti-

rotation applications.

Farbo presenta una nuova serie di valvole a tampone. Il corpo in acciaio Inoxrende le nuove valvole adatte a tutte le applicazioni che coinvolgono fluidiaggressivi e richiedono prestazioni fino a 200° C e 16 bar di pressione. Laforma a Y allarga la sezione di passaggio e permette di aumentare il flussodel 30%, riducendo la caduta di pressione.Disponibili in 2 versioni: ECX con corpo e stelo in AISI 304 e EAX con corpoe stelo in AISI 316, particolarmente resistente alla corrosione, entrambe confilettatura fino a 2-1/2" o a saldare fino a DN65.Le guarnizioni in PTFE permettono allo stelo di autoallinearsi e garantisconouna lunga vita di esercizio senza manutenzione.

Farbo presents a new pneumatic globe valves series. The body in stainlesssteel makes new valves suitable for all applications which require aggressivefluids and performances up to 200° C and 16 bar working pressure. Y-typeshape enlarges the flowing section and allows to raise the flux by 30%, reducingthe pressure drop.Available in 2 versions: ECX with body and stem in AISI 304 and EAX withbody and stem in AISI 316, particularly corrosion resistant, both threaded upto 2-1/2" or welded up to DN65. Seals in PTFE help the stem adjust andgarantee a long working life without maintenance.

I silenziatori serie 104 sono compatti e leggeri mostrano eccellenti caratteristiche di abbattimento del rumore fornendo comunque una resistenza minima allo scarico. Costruiti con un corpo stampato in nylon, forniscono differenti vantaggi a seconda delle differenti tipologie:

Statico: elevata riduzione del rumore; Dinamico: sistema antintasamento ;Poroso: elevata azione filtrante;Per il Vuoto: riduzione del rumore, senza alterazione delle

performance del Venturi .
