Getting Started Details

Get started today what is autoshipJoin now as an Independent Distributor by purchasing the iGalen Back Office (IBO) for a low cost of $29.95 USD yearly annual fee. Your IBO includes the online account manager, customized websites, retail store, and a secure payment center. After 12 months, renew your IBO for only $29.95 to stay in business. Your activated Retail Business Center (RBC) holds accrued points, called Business Volume (BV).

You must meet a minimum volume requirement of 40 BV each activation period to keep your RBC active. The initial period lasts six weeks, while subsequent periods last four weeks. Product stocking is not required and your only obligation to be an active Distributor is ONE bottle of product through your personal monthly autoship.

Your initial product order containing 40 BV or more will provide 6 weeks of activation. Subsequent reactivation orders of 40 BV or more will provide 4 weeks activation. During the enrollment process, you will be offered the option to set up an autoship order to avoid having a lapse in activation.

This ensures that your RBC (retail business center) remains active so that it holds Business Volume and allows the Distributor to be eligible for commissions. Your first autoship order will process at week 6 of your initial 8 week activation period. Additional autoship orders will process every 4 weeks thereafter. You will be notified in the back office by color code where your autoship stands for the month.

8 WEEK QUALIFYING TIME PERIOD FOR GREATER SAVINGS!At iGalen, we have you in our best interest and that means that we give you an 8-week window to upgrade to the highest commission rank package - Platinum.

About Rank Packages Meaning of GrandfatheredThere are five earning ranks in the iGalen compensation plan: Distributor,

Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Earning ranks are determined by ranked packages, or BV, on your initial package purchase. Earning Distributors make a profit on their direct retail sales, and receive discounts on personal purchases of up to 35%. Profits and BV may vary when we have promotional packages.

When you decide to upgrade during this 8 week qualifying time period you only have to purchase the remaining bottles to make up the next package.

Example: If you start out with the Gold package at 10 bottles and decide a couple weeks later that you would like to upgrade to the Platinum package of 20 bottles, you would then only have to purchase the remaining 10 bottles to make up 20 in the Platinum package. During the 8 weeks, the package that you choose will be the package you are grandfathered in for life!

If you decide after your 8 weeks qualifying time period to upgrade your package you may do so by purchasing the entire package. Example: If you came in at the Gold package of 10 bottles and decided to go Platinum you would have to purchase the Platinum package of 20 bottles.

Please Note: If you upgrade your package after 8 weeks you will be grandfathered with in the package that was chosen before your 8-week qualifying time period was up. In this example, you are grandfathered at Gold.

Should you become inactive in your business, which means you no longer have an autoship, as long as you pay your $29.95 annual fee, your position remains at the package you purchased during your 8-week qualifying time period. When you decide to come back into the business, reactivate by purchasing at least 40BV in addition to turning on your autoship and enjoy receiving commissions at your grandfathered rank.

Please Note: Should you become inactive you lose all BV. It is very important that you set up your autoship correctly as any lost BV cannot be reinstated.

FAST START BONUSThe Fast Start Bonus pays you IMMEDIATE INCOME on the initial order of the people you bring into your iGalen business and is a great way to get your business up and running.

Example: If you enroll as a new Platinum distributor and then enroll new Distributors at the Platinum level you would receive a Fast Start Bonus of $240 (30% x 800 BV = $240).

If you enrolled a new Gold distributor you would receive a Fast Start Bonus of $120 (30% x 400 BV = $120).

In this example you can see how quickly you can make your investment back and then some… the best part is there is ‘no limit’ on how many people you may enroll! Every person you enroll becomes your personal Level 1.




TEAM COMMISSIONThe Team Commission is calculated from your placement tree, which has two legs: a left and a right. You will then be compensated based on successfully building two legs of your own. Your Sponsor or upline may also place people in your group, and these people will count toward your team commissions and rank qualification. It is a true team building approach to success.

Details on our BinaryThe Team Commission is calculated from your placement tree, which has 2 teams: a Left team and a Right team. You will then be compensated based on successfully building 2 teams of your own. To earn the Team Commission, you must accumulate 500 BV on one side of your team and 1000 BV on the other side. You must be active, fully qualified, and be at minimum a Bronze rank or above to earn this commission.

Your Sponsor, or upline, may also place people in your group, and these people will count toward your team commissions.

It is a true team building approach to success!

At iGalen, we know you have worked hard for your BV, so as long as you remain active on autoship, we have a NON-flushing Binary which means you may carry over up to 250,000 of unused BV on either of your teams into the next pay cycle!

Example: A Platinum Distributor would earn 12.5% on one cycle (500 x 12.5% = $62.50), this is through the efforts of not only you but your entire team! Distributors may earn up to $25,000 USD in Team Commissions per week.

Leadership Matching and Lifestyle Bonuses. Our leadership incentives, focus more on rewarding your long-term goals. Leadership ranks are evaluated each commission week. Your leadership rank is determined by the number of Rubies you have sponsored, weekly team bonus cycles you have earned, and the number of personally active Distributors enrolled in your downline. 70% Cap Rule: To ensure the strength and profitability of our business plan, commission payments are subject to a 70% cap rule. iGalen pays up to 70% of eligible commissionable volume generated over the lifetime of the plan. Should the projected commissions for any week exceed 70% of the current commissionable volume, iGalen will dilute Team bonus payouts for all members to stay in line with our stated limits. All of our members will experience this dilution at the same rate and proportion. Neither past nor present commission payments may exceed the 70% threshold, no exceptions. The 70% Cap Rule applies to all commissions of all pay cycles. iGalen realizes how important it is for our members to receive their full payouts, and we have taken certain safeguards to prevent the above scenario from happening. When possible, any excess monies are retained to ensure that we never need to reduce member commissions.

LEADERSHIP RANKS & QUALIFICATIONSBelow, is what it takes to rank Ruby and above. For example, to hit Ruby rank, all that is required is to have 2 Active personally-sponsored distributors on your team - 1 on the Left Leg and 1 on the Right Leg and cycle 5 times in one week (1000 BV on one side and 500 BV on the other side constitutes 1 cycle - through total team effort).
