Strategy Statement
• We are a physical therapy practice for high school and collegiate athletes located in Madison, New
Jersey. Our product, physical therapy and injury prevention is low margin and high volume. The
common objective for each aspect of our business is to increase the number of clientele we
receive through referrals and return clients seeking a high quality, unique rehabilitation service.
The injury prevention service will be our sustainable advantage.

• Proper weightlifting form (i.e. Arched back and pinched traps when Benching)
• Methods of massaging, taping and bandaging
• Learn basic understanding of anatomy and physiology
• Athletic training programs
