Completing Assessments Using Your Mobile Device

• Search for ARMIS app and download (the New Innovations UME and GME apps will not work)

• Open app and login

• Android users can only use web browsing – app is not available

When you login, you will see a list of your pending assessments

Choose which Assessment you wish to complete

Select “Evaluations” or “Notifications” to see a list of your pending assessments.

Select the down arrow next to the assessment you wish to complete.

Then select “Evaluate”

Swipe left or right to navigate through questions if you do not wish to complete them in the order presented.

You may complete part of the assessment and saveas a draft. First select the “X” in the upper left corner and then “Save and continue later” at the bottom if the screen.

You will know a response has been selected when the circle next to that response is filled-in.

The circle will turn orange when it has been selected.

You will see a message indicating any required items needing a response when you attempt to submit.

After the last question, you will see a summary of yourresponses. Click “Submit” to finish.

When all required items have been completed and you select “Submit”, you will be asked to confirm. You will then be directed back to your list of pending assessments (if any).
