After proactively negotiating high value contracts offering agreed discounts in exchange for a promised level of spend, we needed to ensure the level of spend achieved the set targets

Awareness and buy in of employees is key to the success of the agreement. The effective communication of the deal together with the highlighting the breadth of product and service offering is crucial to getting and keeping us top of mind in the buying process.

We developed a suite of template communications that can be tailored by each Corporate Customer, and mailed out, emailed or distributed by hand to all relevant employees at regular intervals throughout the Contract period.
