Microdrive Manual Screwdrivers
Microdrive tools are very sensitive screw fastening devices for manual operation. Starting at a torque of 0.5 Ncm they are perfectly suitable for the assembly of small components. Torque is converted indirectly by measurement of the motor current consumption. The torque readout precisely correlates to the actual torque applied to the screw joint. („real torque“).

insstationary or rotary transducers. Miniaturized and ergonomic tool design provides a maximum of operator comfort. Typical applications are in the field of quality assurance, torque control and tool calibration, process control and laboratory. The sensor elements incorporate strain gauges of the highest quality for heavy duty use in industrial environments. The small-sized brushless rotary torque transducers Rotax are also available with integrated encoder for precise monitoring of torque vs. angle. All sensors are supplied with a factory calibration certificate. The standard accuracy class is 0.5%. Due to the integrated sensor electronics the receivers are very disturbance insensitive. A data memory in the sensor electronics enables the automatic sensor recognition (auto detect) by the Microtest base unit. As in each sensor the calibration data is stored, calibration can be done independently of the Microtest base unit. Please contact us for application assistance.
bnfiguration are stored in sensor. The measurement of the torque or force is bidirectional with specification of the appropriate sign. An I/O interface enables the connection with external controllers (PLC).
Software TorqueTestPro for graphic recording and analysis of
• torque vs. time or torque vs. angle of rotation processes or
• force vs. time or force vs. way processes on the PC.
• Data communication to PC via USB or RS232-C.
• Zooming functions, overlay of up to 8 graphs • SPC
