I compressori FIAC per uso medicale sono una centraledi aria compressa consigliata a chi deve lavorare in unambiente particolarmente depurato e devesalvaguardare la salute sia degli operatori sanitari chedei pazienti. La necessità è di garantire una quantitàd’aria sufficiente alle apparecchiature collegate alcompressore e di fornire aria pulita e senza tracce diumidità. I gruppi pompanti ad alta efficienza utilizzatinei nostri compressori garantiscono la totale assenzadi residui oleosi che potrebbero danneggiare leapparecchiature e, cosa ancor più grave, creare problemialle persone esposte al contatto di aria compressacontaminata.Inoltre, quando la collocazione del compressore è inprossimità degli strumenti ad esso collegati, èindispensabile limitare il livello di rumorosità.Per tali esigenze è possibile scegliere i compressorisilenziati che, attraverso una particolare carenatura inmateriale fonoassorbente, garantiscono un livello dipressione sonora inferiore a 65 dB(A) pur mantenendoefficiente il sistema di ventilazione e raffreddamentodel gruppo pompante. Per salvaguardare la rete didistribuzione e le apparecchiature alimentate ad ariacompressa è stato montato su alcuni modelli dicompressori un essiccatore ad adsorbimento checonsente l’eliminazione della condensa presente.La tecnologia utilizzata e la qualità dei compressori peruso medicale sono il frutto di un analisi concreta emirata delle esigenze delle utenze moderne; il risultatosono dei compressori per uso medicale affidabili, disemplice utilizzo, con minimi costi di manutenzione esoprattutto che producono aria pura.
FIAC medical compressors offer a full compressed airsystem in one single installation that is recommended forthose working in particularly pure environments, wherethe health and safety of both medical staff and patientsmust be safeguarded.The need to guarantee a sufficient amount of air to theequipment connected to the compressor and to supplyclean and perfectly dry air.The highly efficient pumping units used in ourcompressors guarantee the total absence of oily residues,which could damage the equipment and, even worse,create problems for those exposed to contaminatedcompressed air.What’s more, the level of noise must also be restrictedwhen the compressor is positioned near the instrumentsto which it is connected.We do indeed offer silent compressors which, thanks totheir special soundproof panelling, guarantee an acousticpressure level below 65 dB(A), without affecting theefficiency of the ventilation and cooling system of thepumping unit.To safeguard the distribution line and the equipmentsupplied with compressed air, some models of compressorsare equipped with an adsorption drier that eliminatesproblems of condensation.The technology exploited and the quality of the medicalcompressors manufactured are the outcome of specificresearch and analysis aimed at the requirements of modernfacilities.The final result ensures compressors for medical use thatare reliable and simple to use, plus they offer minimisedmaintenance costs but above all they produce pure air.

Gruppo pompante - Pump unit
Il principio di funzionamentod e g l i e s s i c c a t o r i a dadsorbimento, processochimico di separazione dellacondensa ottenuto con delmateriale igroscopico efisiologicamente innocuo,permette di arrivare ad unpunto di rugiada in pressionedi -30°C. Inoltre nella fase dirigenerazione automatica deisetacci molecolari, l’umiditàcatturata dall’essiccatore vieneautomaticamente scaricata,garantendo un livello costantedi purezza dell’aria in uscitaper tutto il ciclo operativodell’essiccatore.
The operating principle of theadsorption driers, whichinvolves a chemical separationprocess of the condensateobtained through the use ofhygroscopic and physiologicallyharmless material, enables theachievement of a dew pointunder pressure of -30°C.The humidity captured by thedrier during the automaticregeneration phase of themolecular filters is automaticallydischarged, thus guaranteeinga constant level of purity of theair delivered throughout thewhole operating cycle of thedrier.

I fluidi aspirati dalla cannula (A) sonoconvogliati, attraverso una canalizzazioneprincipale (B), nel separatore (C)aria/liquidi ad effetto ciclonicoautopulente con sensori a doppiofunzionamento e chiusura rapida.
I sensori elettronici agiscono:- nella gestione del livello dei liquidi
con un’aspirazione continua ma conun drenaggio intermittente, favorendoun notevole risparmio di energiaelettrica ed un allungamento dellavita della pompa;
- nell’intervento di sicurezza qualora illivello dei liquidi dovesse salire oltreuna quota prefissata.
L’effetto ciclonico che si verificaall’interno del separatore consente ailiquidi in entrata di effettuare in modonaturale la pulizia dello stesso e quindieliminare gli interventi di manutenzioneordinaria.
La pompa di drenaggio riesce a risolveretutti i problemi legati alla distanza daipunti di scarico ed ai dislivelli eliminandoa progettisti ed installatori il ricorso acostosi lavori strutturali.
Il filtro (D) con accesso dall’esterno efacilmente pulibile dal materiale desti-nato allo smaltimento, contribuisce allasalvaguardia ecologica dell’ambiente.
The fluids in-taken by the surgical tube(A) are conveyed through a main duct(B) into the self-cleaning cyclonicair/liquid separator (C) with dual-actionsensors and rapid shut-off.
The functions of the electronic sensorsinclude:- the management of the liquid levels
w i th cont inuous in - take butintermittent drainage, thus ensuringconsiderable savings in terms ofelectricity and extended pump life;
- a safety device that trips if the liquidlevel should rise beyond a set point.
The cyclonic effect created inside theseparator means that it is cleanednaturally by the in-coming liquids, thuseliminating the need for routinemaintenance.
The drainage pump solves all problemsrelated to the distance from thedrainage points and height differences.Planners and installers therefore haveno need to be involved in costlystructural jobs.
The filter (D) can be accessed fromoutside and the material to be disposedof can be easily cleaned away, makingit extremely environment-friendly.
