Mltimedia lab rules and regulations

Bellow are suggestion of rules and regulations for computer lab users.

1. Pupils are prohibited to enter the lab unless authorished by the teacher

2. Scan dikettes before using them

3. Report all problems related to the system to the teacher

4. Do not attempt to repair or tamper with lab equipments

5. Be responsible when using equipment, software and facilities in the lab

6. Do not move any equipment from its original position

7. Do not remove or install any software into the computer

8. Do not change the setting in the computer

9. Save all work in external storage devices and not in the computer.

10. Do not bring in bags, food and drink into the lab

11. Turn off the computer accordingly after use

12. Switch off all power supplies before leaving the lab

13. Internet facility is strictly for educational purposes only

14. Theachers must record the use of computer lab in the lab log book.

15. All users must record the use of computer in the computer log book.

16. The lab must be kept clean and tidy all times.

Perintah-perintah dan Peraturan-peraturan Laboratorium Multimedia

Di bawah ini adalah Perintah dan peraturan untuk para pengguna

laboratorium komputer

1. siswa di larang masuk ke laboratorium kecuali jika di perintahkan oleh

guru.

2. Scan Flasdisk/Memory sebelum menggunakannya.

3. Melaporkan semua permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan sistem

komputer kepada guru.

4. Jangan berusaha untuk memperbaiki atau merusakkan peralatan

laboratorium

5. Bertanggung jawablah ketika menggunakan peralatan, software dan

fasilitas di dalam laboratorium.

6. Jangan memindahkan peralatan dari posisinya.

7. Jangann menghapus atau memasang software lain ke dalam komputer.

8. Jangan merubah pengaturan pada komputer.

9. Simpanlah semua pekerjaan kedalam media penyimpanan eksternaldan tidak menyimpannya ke dalam komputer.

10. Jangan membawa/menyimpan makanan dan minuman di dalam tas ke

dalam lab.

11. Matikanlah komputer setelah menggunakannya.

12. Matikan semua arus listrik sebelum meninggalakan laboratorium.

13. Fasilitas internet ditujukan hanya untuk pendidikan saja.

14. Guru harus mencatat pengguna komputer kedalam buku catatanpenggunaan alat.

15. Semua pemakai diwajibkan mengisi buku penggunaan alat.

16. Laboratorium harus dijaga kebersihan dan kerapiannya setiap saat.
