Capabilities of NSA operatives using RNM There has been a Signals Intelligence network in the U.S. since the 1940s. The NSA, Ft. The information detailed on this website regarding Neural Monitoring is true and apparently accurate. I have been targeted for three years.

One of the primary operatives in the development and implementation of Neural Monitoring, also known as Psychotronics, is Robert Gunn, PhD.

Gunn is a former Veterans Affairs clinical psychologist at the VA Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI.

In 1966 Gunn began his career at the VA deprgramming Vietnam, Korean and World War II POWs. Later, Gunn would harness his knowledge of brainwashing, mind control and torture to help create a psychological warfare protocol to terrorize innocent Americans targeted by this horrifying technology.

My ex disappeared 30 years ago and forgot to pay his child support. I found this deadbeat on Google last year and called the DOD. I am from Bangladesh and a communication technologist by profession. It seems I am also being monitored by this devil technology called RNM (Remote neural monitoring) atleast for the last 5 years. At the beginning i thought i have some mental problem but now i know that is not the case. It seems to me that the people who are torturing me speaks my own local language but i dont think it is the local people who are doing it. May the super crappy computers they are using can also speak in many different languages and can monitor anyone via satellite. Sometimes i also feel what is happenning to me is beyond human limitations both ways but i dont know the exact answer. I am too little to know why I am targetted, I am just a simple person from a poor developing nation. Hi Kassandra My story is pretty much the same like others that I often read on the internet. As far as I know, in 2003 I first encountered with this remote harassment and it continues till now. At that time my wife was pregnant and we were expecting our first child and she was living with her father overseas. I was living with my mother and sister in our own home. I started to listen to voices in my own language that were reading out my own mind and everything I was doing. I heard conversation of several people who could follow me anywhere I go and read what I was thinking inside my mind and they would create noises and disturbances that most likely I could only hear but no one else and they would verbally abuse me. The situation started to deteriorate so much that I could hardly sleep at night as every time I tried to sleep they would wake me up with a big bang or some kind of electric shock. Sometimes I felt my feets were getting paralyzed due to some external force and someone operating some vibrational force on my heart, brain, ear, nose etc. I was virtually turned into a mad man suddenly in 2/3 weeks. Then I went to see a psychiatrist who said I might be schizophrenic and gave me some med.Taking those medicine finally I was able to sleep because it had strong sleeping pill and I would hear less than usual bcause of that med. Situation also makes people stronger and that actually happened to me that mentally and physically I tried to become stronger to survive. In addition God gifted me with a new born child and all that helped me to cope with that situation. But I still hear the voices that people following me everywhere and try to screw up anything I try to do to make progress either in my personal or professional life and I was thinking that I was the most unlucky person in the world but I didnt know someone was intentionally causing my misfortune.

They mess-up my computer, mobile phone remotely and it seems they are so powerful so that I am unable to do positive or important things in life. In the process I had to leave several very good jobs because of very silly reasons. Basically whoever wathcing me, they want to slow poison me to death and it is like a strategy game they are playing with real human being. Yes I have had experience with the powerwand. Use it as an add on or if this is all new to you to magnify and focus your intentions but you do not really need it once you get the hang of it. You do need to access the etheric plane though. Do some research on some of the words and phrases I used on google to get some information. You will not hear about these things on the dumb-downed,controlled media. To read these things and do no research on them you will not have a clue. Until you have experienced fully what they are capable of and watched their every move you can never fully understand how badly they can injure a persons life remotely. Brainhacked! Remote Neural Monitoring : A Technology Used For Controlling Human Brain HAVE you ever thought about something you never shared with anyone, and have been horror-struck at the mere thought of someone coming to know about your little secret? If you have, then you probably have all the more reason to be paranoid now thanks to new and improved security systems being developed around the world to deal with terrorism that inadvertently end up impinging on one's privacy. Some of the countries involved in such programmes include USA, UK, Spain, Germany and France. Recently, the National Security Agency (NSA) of the US has developed a very efficient method of controlling the human brain. This technology is called Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) and is expected to revolutionise crime detection and investigation.

What is it? RNM works remotely to control the brain in order to read and detect any criminal thought taking place inside the mind of a possible perpetrator. Research studies have shown that the human brain thinks at a rate of about 5000 bits per second and does not have the capacity to compete with supercomputers performing via satellites, implants and biotelemetry. The human brain has a distinctive set of bioelectric resonance system. For the RNM system, supercomputers are being used and, thus, with its help, supercomputers can send messages through an implanted person's nervous system in order to influence their performance in a desired way. RNM has been developed after about 50 years of neuro-electromagnetic involuntary human experimentations. According to many scientists, within a few years it is expected

that DNA microchips will be implanted in the human brain which would make it inherently controllable. With RNM, it will be possible to read and control a person's emotional thought processes along with the subconscious and dreams. At present, around the world, supercomputers are monitoring millions of people simultaneously with the speed of 20 billion bits per second especially in countries like USA, Japan, Israel and many European countries. RNM has a set of certain programs functioning at different levels, like the signals intelligence system which uses electromagnetic frequencies (EMF), to stimulate the brain for RNM and the electronic brain link (EBL). The EMF Brain Stimulation system has been designed as radiation intelligence which means receiving information from inadvertently originated electromagnetic waves in the environment. However, it is not related to radioactivity or nuclear detonation. The recording machines in the signals intelligence system have electronic equipment that investigate electrical activity in humans from a distance. This computer-generated brain mapping can constantly monitor all electrical activities in the brain. The recording aid system decodes individual brain maps for security purposes.

What does it do? For purposes of electronic evaluation, electrical activity in the speech centre of the brain can be translated in to the subject's verbal thoughts. RNM can send encoded signals to the auditory cortex of the brain directly bypassing the ear. This encoding helps in detecting audio communication. It can also perform electrical mapping of the brain's activity from the visual centre of the brain, which it does by bypassing the eyes and optic nerves, thus projecting images from the subject's brain onto a video monitor. With this visual and audio memory, both can be visualised and analysed. This system can, remotely and non-invasively, detect information by digitally decoding the evoked potentials in 30-50Hz, 5 millwatt electromagnetic emissions from the brain. The nerves produce a shifting electrical pattern with a shifting magnetic flux which then puts on a constant amount of electromagnetic waves. There are spikes and patterns which are called evoked potentials in the electromagnetic emission from the brain. The interesting part about this is that the entire exercise is carried out without any physical contact with the subject. The EMF emissions from the brain can be decoded into current thoughts, images and sounds in the subject's brain. It sends complicated codes and electromagnetic pulse

signals to activate evoked potentials inside the brain, thus generating sounds and visual images in the neural circuits. With its speech, auditory and visual communication systems, RNM allows for a complete audio-visual brain to brain link or a brain-to-computer link. Of course, the mechanism needs to decode the resonance frequency of each specific site to modulate the insertion of information in that specific location of the brain. RNM can also detect hearing via electromagnetic microwaves, and it also features the transmission of specific commands into the subconscious, producing visual disturbances, visual hallucinations and injection of words and numbers in to the brain through electromagnetic radiation waves. Also, it manipulates emotions and thoughts and reads thoughts remotely, causes pain to any nerve of the body, allows for remote manipulation of behaviour, controls sleep patterns through which control over communication is made easy. This can be used for crime investigation and security management.

Concerns With all the given benefits of RNM for tracking the illicit and treacherous activities, there are many concerns and risks being pointed out by human rights activists and other scientists. The agencies of human rights around the world have criticised RNM as a violation of basic human rights because it violates privacy and the dignity of thoughts and activities of life. Several countries have protested against it and refer to it as an attack on their human and civil rights. The scientists protesting against the use of RNM believe that people who have been implanted involuntarily become biological robots and guinea pigs for RNM activities in the guise of security. This is an important biological concern related to microchip implantation, which is a hidden technology using microwave radiations for the control of the mind.

Scientists believe that like leukemia and the cancerous risks posed by mobile phones which also emit microwaves, RNM can also pose similar threats to a subject's overall health as the heating effect of tissues with the speed of light is a known effect of high powered microwave and electromagnetic pulse weapons. Civilian drones vulnerable to hackers, can be hijacked, used as missiles

While having coffee and trying to clear the sleep cobwebs from my brain, I saw a headline that reminded me of Black Ops 2 casting Anonymous as cyber-terrorists hacking drones for targeted killings. Fox News claimed, Drones vulnerable to terrorist hijacking. Surely this was satire, a spoof? After reading about and watching a video titled Drones Can be Hijacked and Used as Missiles, I discovered the spoof part was right, but it was GPS spoofing by researchers that proved malicious hackers or terrorists could take control of civilian drones.

The University of Texas at Austin's Radionavigation Laboratory demonstrated hacking a civilian drone, forcing it to change course by sending fake GPS signals, and then, as if some phantom has given the drone a self-destruct order, it hurtles toward the ground. At the last second, the drone was spared but Professor Todd Humphreys and his team were pleased. They had successfully proved a gaping hole in the governments plan to open US airspace to thousands of drones. They could be turned into weapons. Humphreys told Fox News, Spoofing a GPS receiver on a UAV is just another way of hijacking a plane.

GPS jamming had been the main problem, but now with the right equipment, anyone can take control of a GPS-guided drone and make it do anything they want it to, Fox reported.

While jammers can cause problems by muddling GPS signals, spoofers are a giant leap forward in technology; they can actually manipulate navigation computers with false

information that looks real. With his device -- what Humphreys calls the most advanced spoofer ever built (at a cost of just $1,000) -- he infiltrates the GPS system of the drone with a signal more powerful than the one coming down from the satellites orbiting high above the earth.

By some reports, there will be about 30,000 of these drones flying and spying overhead in American skies in the next five to ten years. FedEx wants drones to deliver its packages, according to Fox News. Humphreys said, What if you could take down one of these drones delivering FedEx packages and use that as your missile? Thats the same mentality the 9-11 attackers had. At the end of 2011, an Iranian engineer claimed to have hijacked the CIAs lost stealth drone to an intact landing inside hostile territory by exploiting a navigational weakness long-known to the US military. The RQ-170 Sentinel was downed by electronic ambush, by attacking the weakest point which was said to GPS navigation. The Christian Science Monitor reported on the GPS spoofing technique that Iran claimed to have used. The engineer said, "By putting noise [jamming] on the communications, you force the bird into autopilot. This is where the bird loses its brain."

Wired also reported on Irans alleged drone hack, saying it is difficult to jam a drones GPS. Humphreys told Wired, that the military has known about the spoofing threat for 20 30 years and called the Iranian engineers story nonsense. The military has defenses against these kinds of spoofing attacks. They mount their antennas on the top of the drones and sometimes the antennas have the ability to null out jamming or spoofing signals.

Perhaps that is what planted the seed of inspiration to hack the civilian drone and prove it could be vulnerable to terrorists? Or perhaps not as all Radionavigation Lab videos feature spoofing GPS techniques, including spoofing attacks against Android and iPhone.

Last week at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico, Humphreys and his team showed off hacking a drone for Homeland Security and FAA officials. The researchers repeatedly took control of a drone from a remote hilltop. The results were every bit as dramatic as the test at the UT stadium a few days earlier. The Fox News video says DHS has poorly funded programs called Patriot Watch and Patriot Shield that focus on GPS jamming. These Homeland Security programs really aren't much more than a PowerPoint presentation. The military uses encrypted GPS, unlike civilian drones that use unencrypted GPS. Unnamed experts told Fox News they are worried that DHS brass isn't really going to pay a proper amount of attention to this until something happens.

Isn't this just peachy news? Privacy experts have warned about drones being used and abused for surveillance. Now if this GPS vulnerability to hack drones isnt addressed, the drones can create a surveillance society and they could be used as missiles. Humphreys said, I'm worried about them crashing into other planes. I'm worried about them crashing

into buildings. We could get collisions in the air and there could be loss of life, so we want to prevent this and get out in front of the problem."

And as if all the privacy invasions and fear factors from 9/11 attacks haven't impacted American lives enough, Humphreys added, "It just shows that the kind of mentality that we got after 9-11, where we reinforced the cockpit door to prevent people hijacking planes -- well, we need to adopt that mentality as far as the navigation systems for these UAVs."
