INTRODUCTION

It is our pleasure to introduce ourselves, Comtech Metals Private

Limited, company registered under companies Act, 1956 (No.1 of 1956) vide

Registration no. Is U2710CGJ2005PTC46110 OF 2005. Manufacturing division started its

operation in the year May, 2005 with the objective to serve the petroleum, petrochemical,

fertilizer and other chemical industries for their needs of fabricated equipments. CMPL

with its vast experience of fabrication and erection at sites undertook this activity with the

knowledge of practical erection and maintenance problems faced at site.

In this very little time the manufacturing unit is developed as a sophisticated fabrication unit to

manufacture the following items.

1. All types of small storage tanks/ vessels.

2. Rubber lined vessels/ tanks.

3. Gas metering skids.

4. Prefabrication of structural with painting/ galvanizing.

5. Gratings of all sizes and types

6. Large size of Pipe Fittings

7. Silo SS /CS

8. Power Press Up to 800 Mt.Capacity

9. Fabricated Pipes.

10.Pig Handling Trolley & Device.

The manufacturing unit is situated at GIDC-Samlaya, near Vadodara. It is about 30 KM from

Vadodara Railway Station and 20 KM from Vadodara Airport. The manufacturing unit is

equipped with all machineries.

We have team of experienced Engineer and technicians to meet the challenge of quality

fabrication and execution schedule.

Apart from the vessels, reactors, skids etc., we also manufacture items such as tank

accessories like gauge hatch, floating roof rollers, earthling boss, manhole/nozzle

flange/covers, davits, gratings, and other miscellaneous items required for tank and piping

projects at our workshop.

We have established all types of WPS/PQR at workshop like -

- SMAW welding for CS plates with E-6013 electrodes.

- SMAW welding for CS plates with E-7018 electrodes.

- SMAW welding for SS-304 plates with E308 electrodes.

- SMAW welding for CS pipes small bore/large bore with E-6010/7018 electrode.

- GTAW welding for CS/SS pipes.

- MIG welding for CS/SS plates & pipes.

The following NDT facilities are available with us at workshop.

1. Dye penetrate test.

2. Acid etching test

3. Pneumatic test.

4. Radiography examination (By hiring agency)

We have the following testing equipments.

1. Hydro test motorized pump up to 250 kg/cm2

2. Compressor for air test.
