• ‘I’m happy being me’ was founded on 1st of May, 2013 by Komal Agarwal, a brand consultant, clinical hypnotherapist, Systemic Constellation facilitator, human behavior specialist and mind trainer with 11 years of Industry experience in Marketing and Brand Management.

• We facilitate performance enhacement of corporates, brands, teams and individuals, by modifying human behaviour and extending their vision into corporate brand as design. (This is our USP)

• Inward Branding to Outward Projection as Brands.

• We manage Human Behaviour through Systemic Constellation - Family & Business Constellations, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Redikall & Pranic Healing.

• We provide wholistic Brand Creation and Rejuvenation of brands and humans. Creation of Brand Strategy, Nomenclature, Brand logo, Visual Language, Packaging and Retail Experience.

• We use modalities to bring in change which is holistic and effective.

• We work on two levels i. With person heading the brand and core team working on it.

Komal Agarwal - CEO

Komal has been working in the industry for last 16 years in the area of Marketing and Brand Management. She has worked both at client side and with agencies. She has worked for companies like GE, Tata Teleservices, Times of India, Deepak Fertilizers and at agency side have handled brands like HUL, General Mills, ITC, Amul, Dabur, Wipro, 3M, Nerolac, ICICI Bank, Vodafone, Cavinkare etc. Her last stint was with Intellect Design - where she created and led Global Marketing team of it’s Insurance Arm Intellect SEEC. She specialises in New Brand Creation, Brand Re-positioning, Nomenclature, Logo Design, Brand Architecture, Visual Language, Packaging and Retail Space Experience Design.

She is an Alumni of Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad and Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge.

Handling Brands gave her exposure to understand consumers and create virtual human beings. Her professional career, passion and inquisitiveness to understand spirituality and human behavior in depth led her pursuing therapies as a parallel career. She is a certified Systemic Family & Business Constellation Facilitator, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Mind Trainer, Past Life Regressionist, Human Behaviour Counselor, Pranic Healer and Intuitive Healer.

She has now combined both her branding and spiritual skillets to create concept of Human Brand Management under her own company I’m happy being me.

Her company is inspired by her own journey of self realization and creation of a brand as an extension of the leader and their purpose of life. She has experimented the method of human brand management in creating ‘I’m happy being me’
