Simplicity Elegance

At Schwaiger Xino’s we offer signature cuisine that features both reinterpretations of classic dishes and new proposals, designed by Chef Gerhard Schwaiger, whose culinary style is based around the essence of the Mediterranean and locally sourced produce. All served in a unique setting in Palma. Our loft offer spectacular views of both the Serra de Tramuntana and Palma Town.

Spaces and Seating Capacity

Three unique spaces allow us great flexibility in terms of adapting the distribution of tables to the needs of our guests.

This versatility means we can offer a variety of ambiences, including finger-food appetizers, seated dinners or a dance area complete with DJ that can be reserved for private groups and has a TV screen available for presentations.

Our private indoor and outdoor parking has a capacity for 200 vehicles and offers easy access for buses. There is also a lift that takes diners directly to our terrace.

Interior

A maximum of 80-90 seats at rectangular dining tables of 14 to 26 guests each.

Imperial dining table for up to 20 guests.

Payment terms and conditions

Once an event has been confirmed payment should be made as follows:

• 50% of the total value of the order on confirmation.• 25% of the total value of the order one week before the event.• The outstanding amount payable for all confirmed services

will be paid on the day of the event or within a maximum of 14 days after the event, as agreed.

Cancellation terms and conditions

Cancellation of entire groups of customers or specific parts of the programme:

In the event of cancellation made between 60 and 31 calendar days prior to the arrival of the guests, 50% of the reserved pro-gramme services, including, where applicable, payments made on account to the various companies providing services, will be payable by the customer by way of cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellation made between 30 and 7 calendar days prior to the arrival of the guests, 65% of the reserved programme services, including, where applicable, payments to the various companies providing services (usually 65%), will be payable by the customer by way of cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellation made between 6 and 3 calendar days prior to the arrival of the guests, 75% of the reserved programme services will be payable by the customer by way of cancellation fee.

Terms and conditions relating to reductions in the number of guests

In the event of a reduction (by more than 5) in the number of guests, notified between 7 and 5 days prior to the event, on the day before the event, or on the day of the event, 75% of the reserved ser-vices will be payable by the customer by way of cancellation fee.

Menu tastings

Menu tastings for two people are free once the event has been confirmed. The two-person menu is paid for in the usual man-ner and, on confirmation of the event, is deducted from the final invoice. Menu tastings must always be booked beforehand and are subject to availability.

Terrace events

Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for adverse weather conditions. If a canopy or marquee should prove neces-sary, the cost of rental, assembly and dismantling of the same will be paid by the customer.
