SWOT Analysis of the RSETI Strengths
The Institute is capable to meet the target fixed by the competent Authority.
Weaknesses Extreme hilly areas throughout the Dhalai District and very tough to cover all the locality due to unavailability of transportation.

Threats Very hilly geographical background areas and non- availability of acute transportation.

FROM ZERO TO A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TURN OVER UP TO MARCH, 2015.After appearing her 10th standard education, she enrolled with the UBI RSETI Dhalai for Dress Design for Women Training course. Throughout the training period, she worked hard to attain perfection in her work. After finishing her training, she established a Tailoring unit with some other confectionary items at home- cum – near by NH44 and she became a successful entrepreneur from which she ran the tailoring unit as well as her family consisting of five members. Presently she along with all her family members are very much happy and prosperous also.

FROM ZERO TO Rs.50.00 Th TURN OVER up to March, 2015. After marriage, Smt Rekha Kaloi and Smt. Nirubala Debbarma enrolled their name with UBI RSETI Dhalai for taking training programme under “Dress Designing for Women” course. Throughout the training period, they worked hard to attain perfection in their work resulting they able to set up a tailoring unit jointly. After finishing their training they established a tailoring unit namely “Fashion Garments House” as Proprietary concern at Kulai Bazar under the proprietorship of Smt. Rekha Kaloi. Though the location of the unit is under the poverty area they are running their unit efficiently and building relation with the entire market people as well as their native area also resulting they are totally very much happy with their business activities and results.

Sri Arun Goswami after his 10th standard education desired and started a small business of Pan, Bidi, Cigarette and confectionary items with small arrangements. After a certain period Sri Goswami desired for enhancing the business volume by availing financial help from the bank and applied through DIC Dhalai resulting got sanction from the bank and came to have EDP training programme from this Rseti. On completion training programme availed disbursing facilities and enlarged the business volume and accordingly turn over of the business transaction. So presently Sri Goswami along with his family members are passing the days with smiling and healthy environment repaying the banking dues monthly basis.
