after I fiddled around a bit and set up for all users compatibility mode windows xp 3 and run as administrator (I have windows 7), I get this messagestraight away:

which is probably related to the problem that I can't see your site, soe.com at all, and I don't have a problem with secure connection sites because I canaccess paypal site wich is also https

there is no difference between attempting to see SOE site with firefox or internet explorer, it just times out

Also, I've changed the contract with my ISP yesterday going from static to dynamic ip and a cheaper connection.

I need to know if SOE has blocked perhaps IP addresses from the range of my current IP instance: 95.77.128.117so I fix the problem if it's on my end, because I can't access SOE site either
