AUTOMATION

The command and control System of the Automation System of the operator and the control panel is being comprised of the SIEMENS and TELEMECANUQE or Siemens infrastructure. All kinds of parameters and functions can be observed from the operator’ s panel like the entering of all kinds of parameters, weight indication, the entering of the existing recipe information, calibration observation, the operation or the deficiency indications pertaining to the motors, the information regarding the flaps whether these are open / closed – at the right or at the left together with the deficiency indications pertaining to the Pneumatic flaps, level sensor situation(s), the conveyor belt slippage, the conveyor belt rupture, drop of revolution speeds, the drop of revolution speeds in the screw conveyors and shaft breakages on those conveyors that have been equipped with speed sensors. The property of the observing of the deficiency information pertaining to all the System together with the Concrete production Capacity information on the PC is present. The property of forming countless number of recipes in the computer is available by making various types of materials in the cement production. The property of forming of recipes is available in three options, namely : the remote control (fully automatic), semi control (semi automatic) and the manual control (over the MMC / motor Control Cabin / panel). The possibility of the interruption or the increasing of the amount of the dosing during the production is being provided. The flow and the operation “ mimic “ diagram is present on the command panel that covers the buttons, Switches and the signal lamps. The semi automatic and the fully automatic command of all the equipment may be performed through the buttons that exist on the Mimic diagram. A Control System is being realized at high level by making use of the permanent memory that can be extended up to 64 KB on the Mimic diagram which is present together with the recipe – record mode forming or ANSI serial communications protocol facility up to 32 each altogether, with a speed of ANSI 210, etc., 256 Input – Output Capacity with 2420 analog loop connection, Multiple point calibration and functional operators’ panel that covers modbus RS 232 and RS 485 communications modular System for avoiding the sensor correctness deviations. The infrastructure is thus being prepared for the hardware and software systems that provide a lot of technological possibilities due to the installation automation System. Alternatives are being provided for all kinds of the remote accessibility means (local network, regional network, internet, telephone line) for immediate intervention and spare parts means. The uninterrupted production is being provided in all kinds of conditions / media due to the MMC (Motor Control Circuits) where Telemecanique materials are being used.
