CONDITION DURING DEPRESSION No doubt the condition during depression is miserable and pathetic. 1) You might be crying over your beautiful past or your unrealistic future. 2) Someday you might feel like quitting(end up your life) and will not the reason to move on. 3) Your health, personality, attitude, confidence, behaviour will mark a great fallback. 4) You may encounter heart palpitation, extreme nervousness as if you are just gonna die for a moment, weakness, dizziness and perhaps unlikely to eat something. 5) In some cases your hairs may start falling or body temperature is increased appreciably. Suicidal tendencies might also prevail. So what’s the solution?????? PROVEN TECHNIQUES 1) First of all try to understand your reason of depression and consult with any noble person. 2) Never feel ashamed of taking medication as it is completely normal thing. Medicines do help in suppressing depression for time being. 3) Consult physcologist as he will have an immense knowledge in the particular field. 4) Search for peace(do what makes you happy). 5) Always picture yourself as a successful man smiling, enjoying, loving, living, feeling your life to the fullest. Never let this image to fade no matter how worse the condition may get and this will lead to you glory.
