Summary: I have 15 years of experience in the field of Oil & Gas (ARAMCO), SABIC Affiliate Petrochemicals, Fertilizers and also in Marine engineering (PAKISTAN-NAVY) allowing me to acquire a strong experience and ability to communicate effectively with technology in several specialties in condition monitoring ,overhauling, preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance, installation, commissioning and trouble shooting of wide range of the rotating equipment such as reciprocating compressors centrifugal Compressors ,Pumps, steam turbines, Gear box and the auxiliary system. In my last assignment I hold a position as Senior Reliability / Condition Monitoring professional in

"Aramco - Luberef –I (Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company) to enhance plant equipment performance and reliability. Condition monitoring within a reliability context giving extended Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and additional plant availability, upload/download vibration route , daily vibration data collection, phase analysis, vibration signature analysis, identify the faults and create report with recommendations ,regularly collect oil sample for analysis and manage report. By following schedule daily go for plant equipment inspection as operating parameters perspective and as API standard, identify potential issue and manage report with recommendation, audits the PM by following the weekly schedule Develop, review and optimize PM strategy and ensure to implementation of all task or negotiate as required, participate in root cause analysis of critical equipment failure or frequently failure and collect evidence and data to manage the report with conclusion and recommendations. Maintenance strategy and quality control plan of rotating equipment referring to API Standard and manual are also included in my duties. Reliability to ensure that KPI are tracked.

On completion of my Bachelor Degree (B-Tech) in Mechanical Technology, the 2nd last assignment that I worked in SABIC affiliated Plants in Al-Jubail through (AAMCO) as a Mechanical Specialist and performed lead role in corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance, Plan Shutdown, emergency break down, trouble shooting, commissioning, plant startup and condition monitoring of wide range of rotating equipment including Pumps, Compressors, Turbines, Gear box and Auxiliary system.

On completion of my 4th year Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E) in-Mechanical Engineering(Apprenticeship) , I started my career from PAKISTAN NAVY in Marine Engineering Department as a Sub Engineer Mechanical performed key role in maintenance and overhauling of wide range of rotating equipment (Pumps, compressors and turbines), hydraulic and pneumatic system, wide range of Internal

Work with Emerson technical lead to implement the Streamlined Reliability Centered Maintenance recommendations and outcomes.

Ensure that assigned key performance indicators are tracked and reported. Carry out daily Plant Inspection to check all operating parameters of rotating equipment and

identify potential issue back to report through SAP with recommendation / corrective action. Make equipment improvement recommendations where necessary. Assists operational sites to develop appropriate monitoring techniques to help reflecting the

equipment's real conditions. Maintains bad actor listing and reporting. Researches and provides technical advises for upgrading

and refurbishment rotating equipment during major overhauls or new installations. Coordinates and development maintenance strategies introducing necessary condition monitoring

techniques. Including determination of equipment criticality and defining necessary rules and analysis required for best maintenance type for each system.

Build and manage the data base of rotating equipment as condition monitoring perspective. Manage the CSI RBM software. Collect vibration data both online and offline.

cooling system. Coach Luberef personnel (both maintenance and operations) on best practice methods in plant

maintenance. Also coach on developed PMs and operator basic care program for equipment. Adhere to the plant’s safety behavioral system. Assist in the preparation of job plans. Attend monthly reliability indicator meeting. Prepare weekly and monthly condition monitoring management reports.
