Conditionmonitoring simply means that every machine isregularly subjected to a ‘health check’ – normallywith a vibration inspection: in the simplest case,the measurement instrument used to perform thischeck provides a numerical value that can be com-pared with a standard value to indicate the ma-chine states, Good - OK - Bad.

Mobile data collection & analysis
Portable vibration measurement equipment forthe routine assessment of machine condition isused on systems with a low failure rate, slowdamage progression and limited consequentialdamage, as well as on machine trains with redun-dancy.
Data collection takes place in the course of rou-tine inspection runs and individual measurements(troubleshooting). If measurement values are ele-vated, the devices provide information on possibledamage causes.
