Conditional Formatting allows you to highlight cells given a condition that you set.
There are many options you can choose to analyse and highlight your information…
…you can highlight cells that have a value greater than, less than or equal to a given criteria.
You can show the Top 10%, Top 10 items, Bottom 10 items etc.
Here the Top 10 are highlighted.
You can use Data Bars to visually analyse your cells.
Color Scales allow you to set the colour of the cell to your chosen criteria.
To edit the criteria click on Manage Rules as shown below.
Select Edit Rule…
…then Edit the Rule Description.
