I wanted to give you a short update on our
long term plan to continue to take the mission
of Conditioned Air and plant it solidly along
the southwest coast of Florida.
We have now had our office open in Sarasota
County for about two and a half years. It is
now a fully functioning branch office with all
the services available to the surrounding
communities that people in Collier and Lee
counties are used
to. Our staff, led by Tim Dupre, is top notch
and growing customer count and loyalty
daily. Look for 2013 and 2014 to be break-out
years for this branch in growth and excite-
ment.
We have now been open in our Ft. Myers
office since February 4th of this year and the
smooth transition into this logistical hub was

Tell Us A Little About Your Family: I am married to my best friend. We have 6 chil-dren, 5 grand children, and 3 son in-laws. Our oldest daughter will be married in May and the youngest daughter is in The US Air Force. We are very proud of our family.
What was your first job?Dairy Queen. I can still make a mean banana split.
What is your favorite part of your current job? Working with so many good people from multi cultural backgrounds.
What’s your favorite thing to eat? Pumpkin Cream Pie from Yoders in Sarasota, and any kind of cracker.
What are some hobbies you enjoy? Biking, cardio at the gym, running.
If you could have a super power, what would it be and why? The power to cure Alzheimer’s so I could have my Mom back!
Do you have any pets? A dachshund named Lucy. She is the real boss in our house.
A fun fact someone would be surprised to know is: I never take myself too serious even though it looks like I do.
When was the last time you had a really good laugh? I laugh every day!
Have you met anyone famous?Nascar’s Tony Stewart. I also went to school with Country Singer Travis Tritt.
What would be a dream vacation? To vacation with our entire family in one house at

We are off to a great start in 2013 as evidenced by our safety record below. We appreciate your dedi-cation and commitment to staying safe. As business starts to really heat up, keep in mind that per-forming your job in a safe manner should be your first priority. You should never sacrifice safety for productivity.
To perform any job safe-ly, you must know and follow the safety proce-dures designed for that job. Whether it is a com-plex lockout/tagout pro-cedure, inspecting your equipment before use, or simply lifting a load prop-erly, following the proper procedures every time is the only way to guaran-tee your safety. If there are safety concerns you have, or protective equip-ment you need, all you have to do is ask. Keep up the communication with your supervisor and we will get you what you need to do your job safe. You owe it to yourself and your family to be safe!!
I’ll be handing out the $50 safety incentive during the April safety meetings. Keep up the great work, and remember “Safety Rules are your best tools!”-Keith

one. The timing of this expan-
sion couldn’t have been better
and we are utilizing the extra
efficiency to the benefit of all
our customers. The increased
awareness in Lee County is
already starting to reap ben-
efits with increased business
in the surrounding communi-
ties there. We, of course, have
always done business in Lee
County, but having a physi-
cal footprint and billboard-like
exposure there really ups our
game.
To see the impact that our whole
team is having on the region
with our expansion and growth,
the March 22, 2013 edition of
the Business Observer featured
the top 50 contracting firms (all
types) from Tampa south on
the west coast. Conditioned Air
ranked number 26 among all
contractors. That is, we are the
26th largest contracting firm in
the entire region. I’m always
proud to represent the team
members of Conditioned Air
and our growth is a testimony
to our style (the HOW we do
business) and the benefit that
brings to our clients.
