In Afghanistan they have conditioned tents or portable buildings with individual bed space & lockers

•After successfully completing the 2 year probationary period, officers are eligible for ongoing training. They
can train to work in specialist units such as; the criminal investigation department (CID), fraud squad, drugs squad, fire arms, child protection, traffic, mounted
branches, dog handlers, underwater search units, river police and air support

• All soldier recruits undergo initial (Phase 1) training. • Once completed (phase 1) training you can then develop your skills in specific areas such as; Trade (Phase 2/3), Officer Initial,
Territorial and Reserves and Resettlement.
Command Leadership & Management programme is a programme that the army offer to soldiers to help them learn
and develop new skills.
